Hi! I'm going to be starting Orilissa for endometriosis this month. I have a feeling I might need to upgrade my hormonal acne routine. Thanks for sharing!
I did about 4-5 chemical peels, 3 weeks apart and it drastically changed my hyperpigmentation that was caused from the hormonal acne. I never had acne growing up but the past couple of years have been bad. Since menopause it got better so I was able to treat the scars. Look into a spa near you that offers salicylic acid peels. It’s worth it!
Thank you so much for the advice!!! I was nervous about chemical peels from having such sensitive skin, but I will definitely look into it. I would love to get rid of the scars...I know it is superficial and the least of my problems at the moment, but it is just a constant blow to my self-esteem!
Shantel Leanne Marie yes! I hear you on that. I wish I had known about the chemical peels before because I spent so much on products to help the scarring and the derm told me I needed surgery to fix it 😂 anyways they will start you off with a soft peel to see how your skin reacts before you get something stronger. I also have sensitive skin so I can totally relate
atish324 Ugh, I have spent SO much money on skincare products also...it's embarrassing lol. I really appreciate the advice and so great to know you also have sensitive skin!
