Good job you had the sense to have a winch in the boot, we'd have had to wait until the summer to drive out 😂. I've had one on my wish list for a while now and still haven't got one. We haven't had a 4x4 for a while now so we don't really leave the road but you never know it's still handy to have. Nothing like a trip to the woods to refresh the spirit, even with an unplanned work out involved.😁👍🏻
Yes, even four wheel drives lose traction in slippery mud, muck and ice! Been there. Done that. Learned my lesson??? Well, at least I'm a bit older now any way. The images of Mrs. Mad Dog remind me of the elusive BigFoot or Sasquatch photos -- blurry, through a lot of brush from a long distance and completely unrecognizable. Yes I miss my old Landy, but as 90% of my driving is now motorway driving the Ml is better for that. The tyres make all the difference. Take care my friend 👍🏻👍🏻😎
Oh the joys of vehicle ownership! I had to get towed home last week by the AA. Diagnostics indicated a diesel pump fault. Trying to find someone to come out and sort it is like trying to get blood out of a stone.
Yep I try to do most jobs myself that’s why I like older more simple cars. But I’m honestly getting to old for it now, I used to enjoy spending hours working on cars but now I hate the thought of it. So I feel your pain mate! Like all machines they are great when they are good and they are hell when they are bad 😖😖🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️……. I think if I’m broke down I might as well have a go myself?
