How often do you update your book. Bought it like 4 months ago and have not seen any email updates
You won’t get emails but I’ve updated it with a ton of recipes in the past 4 months, you should redownload it!
Your book is life saver lost 10 lbs since 3 months🎉
Lets gooo! I’m so glad
Some might say this isn’t a lot over 3 months but in reality you lost weight at healthy weight and you’re keeping it off, very impressive!
His content is the most original and realistic
Things always turn out as he describes them
The realistic part is what does it for me. He even shows his “goofs” or some meals that didn’t come out picture perfect, but they still taste great and are super healthy
Thank you this means so much to me :)
Macros really solid and they look fire. Enjoying content and all the recipes! I think I'll make these today!
so nice to see another indian dude in the exercise space :) great recipe man!
Thank you my guy!
Jalapeño slices pair so well with BBQ pizza, that's my recommended vegetable for the BBQ pizza
This popped up in my feed and I've never subbed to a channel so fast.
You’re the best! Welcome!
For cheese, I use some fat free the protein and then some full fat for flavor and meltiness
I've been using that crust recipe for quite q
A while now. Its incredibly easy to use, for a ton of uses. I made a pork, veggie mexican pizza today🤤
bro this was amazing!!
I’m glad you liked it bro!
Brother keep it coming !!
I got you my guy
Protip on the fat free cheese - I know people talk about rinsing it (it's some kind of shitty coating that keeps it from melting), but I've found that equally effective is just giving a quick spray of olive oil cooking spray to it.
I make tortilla pizzas almost every day, and that quick spray DOES help the stuff to melt. It still doesn't get quite as gooey, but for the protein plus/calorie minus I'm willing to give up a little bit of the texture.
Gonna try making these tonight and toss em in the freezer - great meal prep idea - keep em coming. Guys like you are making continuing high protein eating, even after reaching goal weight loss, super easy. Between you and Remy, I eat like a freakin king.
I’m not sure if the best way to make fat free cheese palatable is to spray fat on it, sort of defeats the purpose eh?
@@Arms.Enthusiast dude, google is your friend. Saving 5 grams of fat per hot pocket seems like 'the purpose' to me.
Olive oil cooking spray - 0 calories, 1 gram fat
Single serving of kraft lite mozzarella (not the non fat) - 6g fat, 80 calories
Single serving of kraft non-fat mozz: 45 calories, 0 fat
Now I'm not great at math here...but I think 1 is less than 6. Even better, I can DOUBLE the amount of cheese for roughly the same calories (+10 of course) and STILL come out ahead fat wise.
FIRE BRO! love yhe content
My guy!
This looks so good. I appreciate the end, with the amounts for just 1!! Also just got your cookbook!!
the goat is back
My man!
Is this recipe going to be in your cookbook?
Advice to people watching this, look up how Chinese dumplings are crimped by hand for a cleaner seal. Yours look like a cute little crunchwrap though.
First total clunker for me sadly. I absolutely could not get the things to seal up without falling apart - wound up making some unholy calzone that I ate for a few meals in a row.
I'm sure I didn't something wrong - will definitely try again :)
Looks tasty .I am got to make them..there look lovely...🙂🇮🇪👍
I dont even have to watch the video before it gets saved to my recipes playlist.
Hey Rahul! Does your cookbook work if I am trying to put on weight (muscle mass, but weight in general)
Love watching your enthusiasm. Careful w the sodium in pepperoni. Its a lot.
I told my son to follow your stuff..
Under the fridge that's funny...
Getting the son on the channel lets goooo
Ok so real question from someone who actually tried the recipe with minimal adjustments. Besides not having self rising flour, and cutting my pepperoni to small pieces (still 30g per) I followed the video instructions completely. However, it didn’t look fully cooked after cooking them on medium low for five minutes each side on the pan. In the comments, it says to cook in the oven so I tried finishing them off in the oven. Is there consistency in how this should be cooked? Am I supposed to be starting in the pan and then finishing in the oven?
Are you talking about the dough not being fully cooked? If so try to get it as thin as possible when rolling out
@ it was not fully cooked, but the thing I’m referring to is asking for clarity on if the recipe should be cooked in pan or in oven or Both. And if so how long. Also I did roll it out as thin as I could before it started ripping
Can we make a calzone out of it? Then will the macros be bad?
What can I do for a vegetarian filling?
Looks tasty 🎉
Please tell me you are going to give that drink a couple of days before opening it...
LOLOLOL I’m gonna give it to my roommate and tell him to open it immediately after I’m done using it to roll out dough
You a damn wizard Rahul.
Appreciate youuu
Not me eating hot pockets while watching this lmao
No wayyyyy
Can we use almond flour or something healthier in place of the flour
Oat flour with baking powder might work, and oat flour takes on the flavor of seasonings well. Easy to make too, just blend up old fashioned oats
13 mins is crazy
Just meal prepped your chicken Alfredo for the week. Lunch sorted for less than $4/meal for 5 days is crazy work.
2025 is the season of getting sexy- let’s get it FITFAM!
Hell yeah bruv. Having meal prep done for the week is euphoric.
Lets gooo this is what I love to hear!
Can we air fry instead of pan ?
Yeah you can! Might burn faster though be careful
I am going to make these but I ran the recipe through my recipe builder and it didn't show that much protein. Any recipe like this is worth it even without that much protein.
Did you use turkey pepperoni, low fat cheese, and non fat greek yog
@@RahulKamat Yes.
Just live a little man
Baller bro
My man!
will oat flour do the trick?
I haven’t tried!
@@RahulKamat ill let you know how it goes lol
@@BOOcketMandon't forget the baking powder
Hot tip wash your cheese before use it will melt then
So ive seena lot of other people make this and its really good, the tip id have for this is dont make it TOO thing cause it'll break open when cooking/reheating. also becareful with adding too much pizza sauce because it makes it more difficult to close, it wont clsoe properly if theres even a tiny bit of pizza sauce on the parts youre folding in.
Shredded cheese yourself don't buy the pre-shredded stuff
Rahul, I just found out I’m allergic to milk and having to cut it out, I’ve actually gained weight since I can’t seem to feel satiated- every milk alternative has more carbs than protein and I’m honestly so heartbroken :( idk what to dooooooo.
What in the milk makes you allergic?
Try almond milk, it is mainly water, with some protein.
@@yowconductor yeah of course, that’s a great alternative, but part of my dilemma is that most of the protein foods I used to eat is stuff like cottage cheese, Greek yogurt and even feta and there’s no real alternative to that :( the coconut milk yogurt sucks and doesn’t have enough protein. Pea protein is still expensive and not part of my budget right now e___e
@@Grayald the proteins in it. It causes inflammation. I get a really bad headache that makes my eyes twitch lol
Looks nice, but you know that's not pizza dough, it's basically naan, right?
Dude, wash your shredded FF cheese and it melts just fine. 1 wash for RF, 2 for FF. Thank me later.
If you wash the fat free cheese it actually melts lol
Definitely going to make a batch of these.
Couple of ideas:
- What do you think of replacing, say, 30 g of the flourr with vital wheat gluten for a slight protein boost?
- How about swapping out another 30 g of the flour for 8 g of coconut flour? Shave off a few more calories by saving on the amount of flour.
I guess in the end, minor changes that probably won't have any usable difference other than people obsessing over what they put into MyFitnessPal.
The only issue I see with these is There's a ton of sodium for each one. But I guess you can't have it all.
