Just bought this unit from Outdoor Legacy Gear cannot wait to use the unit to replace my Taipan TM19. Was looking at the Pulsar and Sidewinder but for the money and features it thought it was the best buy. Hopefully I made the right decision on this purchase.

Just curious on how you like the Iray finder V2 after having it for a while now? I’m considering it or the sidewinder 35-640.

How does this compare to the sidewinder 640 as far as range detection? Does one have better image quality? Thanks!

I think they are almost the same as far as image quality goes. Both have a really nice image with great detail. The main difference would be the magnification is a little more in the Sidewinder 50-640

They are both very close in image quality. The Finder comes with the LRF function, but the sidewinder does not. The button layout and ergonomics are better on the sidewinder. Battery win goes to the sidewinder. Both have a 5 year warranty. I think it comes down to whether or not you need the LRF.

Both are good units. Similar image quality. The FH35 is cheaper with the LRF. The Axion is smaller. Battery system is better in the Axion. Warranty is the same with both. Image quality is very close, but I would probably give the FH35 the edge.
