Thomas could your level shifting mechanic work on Unreal with lumen and nanite? (Granted this would limit your game to current gen consoles and decent pc’s)
Hi, so far I have made videos in german (technology videos) and made little games for my family. I like making videos and build games but I don't feel confident yet this make from start in english. When I feel confident making videos and I know what the viewer wants, then I will make the content for the global market and re-release the same videos in English for a other channel for the english viewer. Does this make sense? I hope so!
You gotta try game dev. It's a lot of work but i would recommend it. Although maybe get a 9-5 for stable income and my games on the side. I don't really have a say given im just 15 but it might be worth a shot
You only have one life bro. Chase your dreams but do it in a way that doesn’t make you homeless. Best example I can give you is myself. I just started game dev and have been a photographer/filmmaker for going on 9 years. I work overnight at a hotel to keep a stable income to pay my bills but it works for my schedule cause I still have my days for any gig work or time to dedicate toward game dev. It s an easy going job that doesn’t take too much of my energy. I even take the time at work to gameplan other things for my passions. Find a way to do both so you can be stable but also taking steps toward what you really want to do in life. Good luck on your journey.
Trinity hook sounds like a Jiujitsu move

Just got laid off. My soul says "go indie¨" but my brain wants to get a job and work 9 to 5 and don't even try it.
Well, maybe you should try starting a small UA-cam channel, and release a new game like, once a month or something.
