    Ingredients and recipe:
    Warm water 35-40°C (95-104°F), 100ml
    Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
    Sugar 1.5 tbsp.
    All-purpose wheat flour 3 tbsp.
    1. Mix with a whisk
    2. Cover with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes
    3. The yeast has activated, look at the bubbles!
    Salt 1.5 tsp.
    Warm water 35-40°C (95-104°F), 350ml
    4. Stir with a spatula
    Olive oil 2 tbsp.
    5. Stir again
    All-purpose wheat flour 650 g (add in parts)
    6. Stir with a spatula
    7. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
    8. Watch the video until the end so as not to miss important points
    9. Knead the dough on the table for 4-5 minutes
    10. The dough should become smooth and slightly stick to your hands.
    11. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
    12. Cover with a towel and leave for 65-70 minutes
    13. The dough turned out nice and airy!
    14. Dough weight 1217 g.
    15. Transfer the dough to baking paper
    16. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
    17. Using your hands, stretch the dough into a large circle (50-60 cm).
    Ground paprika 1.5 tsp.
    18. Sprinkle with paprika
    19. Fold the dough into an envelope and repeat the process as I did
    20. Sprinkle with paprika and fold 2 more times.
    21. Secure the edges as in the video
    22. Transfer to baking paper
    23. Cover with a towel and leave for 25-30 minutes
    24. The dough has risen and looks very nice
    25. Spray with water
    26. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 30-35 minutes
    27. The crust is crispy and delicious
