What I learned: make sure to get a part that has the input line in the same orientation as OEM (up, not down), to avoid potentially having it rub against the serp belt when everything's back together.
What can I do if I reuse the pulley but it doesn't line up with the lower pulleys and starts shredding serpentine belts? I did everything as you laid out in the video but is appears as if my power steering pulley is inboard a fraction. If I sight down the side of the pulley I'm about on the the first groove of the alternator pulley. I've shredded two serpentine belts already.
