Devon Air Ambulance (G-DAAS) H145 lands on top of Colyton hill East Devon in a field then takes off

On Saturday 3rd June 2023 at about 14:25, police and ambulance were called to some sort of incident ( most probably a road traffic Collison) up on top of Colyton Hill East Devon, the G-DAAS H145 Devon Air Ambulance was called along too which landed in a field nearby, if you have any information about what happened, do feel free to say in the comments.
