I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to you, Mustard, for keeping us all in the loop with the latest updates on Fortnite Creative. Your updates are always on point and so helpful for those of us who love the game. Thank you for taking the time to share your insights with the community.
With that you could make a custom battle bus, for example at the beginning of the game force all the players to enter the portable toilet and each player randomly exits in other portable toilets in different locations on the map, another idea could be that each player decide which area of the map you want to go to and at the start of the game the player is forced into the corresponding porta-potty by exiting in one of the porta-potties assigned to that chosen area.
Probably might fall under the same boat as a proper customizable NPC, crafting or customizable gun system. They're so incredibly complex that it might be too difficult to implement into Creative 1.0. But might be possible for 2.0.

@Dado Dodo08 unfortunately map creation skills will be essentially useless in the editor. I'm a ue dev already even my current skills will be nearly useless as well because of the fact they're using a very odd and underdeveloped coding system as well as a asset uploading system. At best we could hope for is that they'll allow the same tools as current 1.0 and possibly the ability for plugins in the editor to help you guys out with the new tools

If you choose a reserve tako a huge man teleports to you and you die then you restart If you choose the one that's not reserved you live
There's a glitch in creative rn with the latest update , I've been making maps for a while now and for some reason due to the latest update my devices will save but then 10seconds later they will unlink leaving faults in my map , just a heads up for anyone currently making maps , hopefully they fix it soon. Far as I'm the devices are still unlinking leaving faults in my maps if u are making a creative map do not convert Ur creative system as that is causing the issue for devices to unlink , you will have to use the original method of linking them through channels 1-500 as the converted system is currently not linking devices could be due to the creative 2.0 coming out soon but I'm not sure just a heads up incase others are having this issue
this is why creative scares me. as soon as I learn it, boom something. it's why I play it and not create it. thanks for making the videos though! love to see it.
Creative needs a tool that can make props be transparent, collision off/on, and like anchor mode on (anchor mode is like props having collision like the hammer glitch you could do

We also need a new ability to bring in new music into our maps. The old Radio, no longer hacks it. I’ve built some new concert stage maps, and would like some great music with the stage presentations. Similar to the Marshmallow concert from a few years ago. Fortnite has lots of Lobby Music that it owns, but won’t give us the availability to use them.
While they do have loads of Lobby Music Tracks and such, they'd technically be classed as a "Cosmetic", as in, they're one of the ways Epic makes money. So just like with other things like skins, or pickaxes or emotes or whatever. I doubt they'd let us use them for our creations, and if they do, it'll just be a very select few, like how they did with the Llamatron, character device, etc. I heard they were "working" on something regarding music for Creative 2.0, but I'm not sure if that's to do with Music Creation, more music in general, or dealing with the legal shenanigans of music.
Could you maybe test if you can jump into a port a potty and it teleports you, but then if you try jumping back in it will not bring you back if you know what I mean, thanks 👍

They just updated the Shockwave hammers in creative. They used to take ammo while infinite ammo didn't work for it, but now it can have infinite ammo now.
The new shifty shafts is drastically different from the original shifty shafts. You can't definitely see it if you compare the mine tracks with both the new ones and old ones. In the old shifty shafts gallery the mine tracks are very shoddy looking and the rails aren't completely straight and seems to get thicker and thinner in some parts and the boards holding the rails together are at varying shapes and angles. Very inconsistent with the other boards and uses plain nails in the wooden boards. These are still useful if your making an old abandoned mine shaft The new mine tracks in the new shifty shafts look better made. The rails are completely straight and the wooden boards are more consistently straight and more darker colored than the ones in the original shifty shafts mine tracks.
There is an issue on console that in the BR map. When you try to add devices or go to island settings. It won’t let you because it will only switch from be loot to augments
Mustard I think you should do a game with your discord. So basically you get some players and they each get into the porta potty and it randomly puts them in a section. (Each section has a box around it so no one can change, and you have a wheel saying porta potty, hale bale, and dumpster and what ever section that is gets eliminated and you do this until there is 1.
The hiding places could be used as an alternative to the teleporter device now! Imagine having one in a spawn room, players would jump into it to be taken to the play area and pop out of a random hiding place there.
The randomized teleporting would work GREAT for a Backrooms level..... 1 haystack that leads to 5 random haystacks and you got to randomly pop out of the correct one with a door or a button..... maybe every time they jump back, there's triggers that change the original room
This new pop up dialogue feature is cool, however changing the text style will get rid of any channel assignments/event binds once you save the text. Typing in it normally is fine though.

Hey mustard, I was thinking that you could use the new bush variants and trees to remake old back room maps like the crimson forest! Or even use the clouds for the cloud level!

Some of the stuff that you mention was added in this update, was actually added in previous updates, like the no collision clouds.

1:43 We did have shifty shafts galleries but they were in the Chapter 1 style. These new ones are in the Chapter 3 style.
This might be the last creative 1.0 update considering 2.0 should come out on march 8th or 9th (whenever s2 starts)
