9k. I just can’t get my head around the idea that any IEM can sound that good. We have some amazing sets in the $100-$200 range these days. I would love to hear a set like that one day just to judge for myself. Love that leather box❤

First I’m thinking “wow that’s a bit underwhelming” and then I realized they’re saying “the other $8900 is in the IEMs”. I get it. I mean I will never get it, but I get it.

Wow! I hope the sound measures up to the price. Wonder about diminishing returns. Does the price equate to the best available sound?
Honestly, if I had that much money to drop on IEMs then that's how I'd want them to look really. It feels like as you go up in price, you can end up getting some really garish designs but I think there is something to say for such an understated design.

It is rather underwhelming unboxing for the price, but I actually really like the low-key theme for the packaging and the shell design, and that looks like a neat case too, I think it looks really nice.

They seem like the Audi of IEMs, well made, nothing flashy, expensive...but (hopefully) high performance with quality construction and materials. But 9k?!? Oooof.

9k is just nuts. This'll be the biggest downside of the Oriolous but at the same time, by pricing it as such theyve made it clear who their target audience is. Incredible

Usually the IEM packaging is similar to that of smartphones. This packaging is similar to that of wristwatches.

I prefer the aesthetics of the original. Not that I think it's particularly beautiful, it's kinda plain Jane, but at least it had translucent shells so you could see inside

well F me... for 9k i'd expect them to shatter my perception of music i know inside and out... but I suppose that's making the assumption that $=sound quality. Im looking forward to see your thoughts on these.
I dont understand why Oriolus has such expensive sets but it must be working if they are still around.
I think the presentation is not bad, but I guess Campfire has a better presentation for the trifecta and also epz with the 530 is on par with this 9K IEM. However, I know we are supposed to pay for the research tech inside the IEM more than anything else.

Titanium. Looks beefy, but hard to believe those are 9k just by looking at them.
surprisingly small box for such an expensive item, but the box seems actually fonctional. This is a sleeper IEM, it does not look the price.

Jeeze I did not know they even made sets this expensive, must target the big spenders.
Quite meh, if you ask me. No need to make hige multi-layered boxes with intricate designs, but the presentation inside is lackluster even when compared to many ~$200 IEMs. Eartips and the cleaning tool just crumped in that little plastic bag like... uhmm. It was the same with my 7hz Zero 2, except that the bag is not of that obnoxious yellow "pill bag" color at least.
Love the leather strap on yhe cable. I still have the same exact thing (except for the branding) left from my Ikko OH10's. It's delicate so it ages poorly, though... 😔
