They will look back on these days and realize how much of an awesome dad you were and how much effort you put into creating these precious memories for them. Awesome job
Looks like a great time with the kids. Nothing like playing in a creek catching snakes and frogs, letting the mud squish between your toes. Enjoy your trip!
Sorry I missed this, this is my home turf!!! We were on the other side of the United States and the time zone is 3 hours behind. We were riding the gorge and had no service.
Next time you decide to do one of these on my home turf me and Andrew might wanna jump aboard if you'd have us!👍 Watch out for the coppers and rattlers!
Blow it up?! Geez, violent! Won't be much left of it. I'd rather inflate it. Cool setup though. That would have been pretty luxurious to have on cattle drives. Most of our trees were pine though, and that could create a really sticky mess at break camp time. What a great location! Hope the 'skeeters weren't too bad.
Didn't the mom's come last year? Or the year before? I can't remember. I'm having a time trying to git my 15 year old daughter out . She's more in to glamping
It is an old Cherokee legend...we always had the wampus cat stories growing up...we thought they made it up to tell us and turns out the legend has been around a while...

There is nothing like the memory made from a "family" camp out! Nothing!
Liked the hammock tent, what were the dimensions of the tarp?
You got it Bob! Thanks!
The snake pit...things nightmares are made of. 😐

Didn't the mom's come last year? Or the year before? I can't remember. I'm having a time trying to git my 15 year old daughter out . She's more in to glamping
They usually do Troy, but they both had other obligations this go round...we just went anyway to get the kiddos out!
Hey River King Pete, what's a Wampus Cat?
