@@eric_moore-6126 It's never really explained how he got the injury, but he does say in his tea time that he did get an eye injury, and though by the point you meet him again it's healed, he can't see properly through that eye.

I suppose it means the eye may be present, but not usable (i.e. he was blinded in that eye but it wasn't plucked out or destroyed).

BlackGhost well, the boys in Blue Lions are such great characters, so it’s very debatable on which one’s best But we can all agree that the boys in BL are better than the girls (no offence if you are a fan of Mercedes, Annette or Ingrid)
I am honestly impressed with the support conversations these games. You actually feel like the characters are growing, and their motivations and feelings are all explained through these conversations over them being just basic character archetypes. Sylvain is one of the better examples of this. On the surface, he just seems like a douchebag. But the support conversations let you learn so much more about why he does this. I won't spoil it, but he makes a good point on why he acts so foolishly towards women. Others touch on horrific pasts that you wouldn't get if you didn't get the support conversations, like Bernadetta and Lysithea.

In future playthroughs, I reclassed him to either a Swordmaster or Assassin and he was pretty good at fighting. Not perfect but enough to even the odds in battle.
English voice acting is awesome for that, you don't know how much references they put into the game. The thing that made me grow a six-pack from laughing was this Dorothea/Caspar support where Caspar said "Well excUUUUUUSe me !" It just lacked the "Princess" at the end.
