I always enjoy seeing your Big Girls, Heidi. It was funny that you mentioned a road trip to GaRon's. My friend, Carol, and I just got back from an overnight road trip from Decatur AL to Ozark, AL. We did not want to go on opening day so we waited a bit. It is a lovely shop and Gary was very helpful. I am kitting up a Big Girl myself, Jane Hopkins by Hands Across the Sea. I had all my DMC flosses but I needed a piece of fabric. Gary found the perfect piece for me. So yes, go on a road trip to visit the shop.
What a fun trip that was! I love the Jane Hopkins piece. Such a gorgeous bouquet to stitch. Have you started her yet?

Ever Flowering Garden -- I like the brown and pink border. But I would use the true greens in the middle for the topiaries, flowers, and such, just as you suggest. It is beautiful, but I wonder at what point would I wish it would stop flowering. I NEED that 'please leave' sticker. I hope my ACE hardware has them. Thanks for the Italian language lesson🙂 I've been thinking of brushing up on Spanish or learning another language like Italian or German. You are so fun thank you for your videos. I hope you have a wonderful time at the beach.

Wow! Sending an email! So excited to stitch the Cricket Collection La Mer. I am working on the One Nation, and I love it. The colors look great on your linen. Count around the stars carefully. I kept getting onto a rhythm and would stitch a point in the star the wrong direction. I hope you enjoy it, too.

As I am watching you I am doing the border of Bear Tracks by Carolyn Manning and I figured I better do the border to see if it matches because I would hate to do it last after I did all the beautiful stitches in the middle and it didn't match up. I am taking your advice to see if it matches so thank you for that tip. I love what you have stitched on. Those project bags are awesome and beautiful. Thanks for sharing the Floss Tubes you watch. Yep, we are still serving up great ribs! Bloomville…that’s cool!! I love Craft Gallery. Paula and Carlton are selling the store but found a buyer who is keeping it open so we are very happy about that! Hi Heidi… I live in SW VA too! I live in a small town called Tazewell…. I come to Salem 2 weeks out of the month and would love to get together and stitch…. I took a knitting class at the Knitting Coup in Salem recently and they have open stitch on Tuesdays and Thursdays and you can stitch anything…. I love your channel… so many lovely projects… I love your tags too!

It's a Lori Holt design. "Cornelius" in her Chicken Club series. I was lifted this in a smalls exchange at a retreat last Fall.
