Here's a fun little story back when I did TKD.
I was sparring with some guy, everything was going normal until I lost balance and fell. It was a beginner level btw. He was roundhousing me and literally tracking my face aaaand kicked me on my big front teeth. Blood was dripping, only one thought came to my mind "shit". My eye started to focus more, then I saw a hole on his fucking foot and my teeth were completely fine.

Yo nat could you do a vid about fighting stances and guards? I tried some boxing stances but i always get caught in my weak point, which is the solar plexus. Basically i cant find an offensive guard the covers that weak point cuz then i either uncover my head and then im vurneable to kicks or i dont cover it at all
