Wow, I'm so grateful for this video and that I was guided here. I'm going to make a self soothing kit for myself today. I already know I'm putting a feather in there for touch. I usually walk around with rescue remedy. I do breathing techniques, walking, and tapping when I get upset/angry/stressed. I also go over to a river/running water, write poems or speak out my anger when I am alone/in nature, but lately it hasn't been working for me 100% and still takes quite some time to come back to center, which has been making me upset. I was asking Spirit for help yesterday - that I need help in calming myself down faster and now here this video is! I know that if I walk around with a kit specifically for these times that I get triggered (and it's been happening a lot these days) I know by having other things in my hand to play with, smell, etc it'll calm me down much faster. Or so I assume :) hope :) pray :)
5:25 Whoa there! While some essential oils are safe to apply directly to the skin, MOST are not, and can cause chemical burns or other injury if not safely diluted first!

I totally agree! Definitely dilute it. But the palm of the hard is not as prone to irritations as the rest of the body 's surface
