Bro instead of using this much modifiers we also use bend modifiers also no after Applying materials but overall I like the way u explains

Yes..bend can also be used but bend require segments...in case of multiple complicated scene you will need more segment which can make your file heavy.
And our motive was not to teach our students about the curve road...we are always trying to cover more tools,modifier and commands..so that our students will get to learn more commands and tools in one video.

1.spline
2.outline
3.sweep
4.tiling
5.uvw xform etc.
