    Beautiful banknote indeed. What a coincidence to see your catalogue book in this video; yesterday, I was asking you about the same 😆

    This note is extremely rare in UNC condition. It worths a lot of money so please handle with extreme care (with gloves or something). 5000 francs 1939 is also one of the prettiest french notes u can find. Maybe u should do an introduction on that note as well.

    One of my favourites (i m saving for thos worth it in unc i believe) very very nice presentation i agree about pricing (what i learned especialy on ebay many just put whatever pricing they want ) in greek notes for example the reality is wayyy far than on catalogues for example the 1918 100 drachmas (very beautifull note the date is an example there are many different dates and year variation) in my catalogue (krauze) list it for good 50$ vf 150$ and un 250$ the reality wherever i found it (except auctions) the worst condition is priced at 100 to 150$ and in uc is 350 to 400$ insane....but i believe if somebosy can find a local collection group of people is more likely to get the price a friend of mine offer me the 10.000 drachma blue Aristotles for 85$ in xtra fine condition minimum marks...and if you search right now on ebay for 1946 10.000 drachma you will find it at 120$ and the condition is not the best and in xf at 300$ insane

      I paid $70 plus shipping for mine. But you cant find this in this condition for less than $100. I agree. On eBay sometimes you get lucky but prices are crazy. I try to find XF or better notes for my collection so I have to be very patient because I dont want (and cant) overpay.

      @@4Kollector i agree somepeople think we are fools with tons of money to spent here is a brilliant example i saw recently if someone buy this is just a waste of money that note is barely ,50 cents in that conditio and the sellers ask a fortune its a shame this banknote is very common only two variations are rare this is not one of them
      www.ebay.com/itm/1000-drachmae-GREECE-4-11-1926-Extremely-Rare-EF/202464862587?hash=item2f23d8a17b:g:0MEAAOSwDrpbvRF3
      and here is one of the rarest of the variation but again very high priced
      www.ebay.com/itm/GREECE-1000-DRACHMAI-1926-PCGS-12-Papadakis-sign-RARE/174228409947?hash=item2890d28e5b:g:xAEAAOSwrXZeeG6P
      and here is a correct pricing for this banknote in Uncirculated no more no less

      Wow. Thats a scam. If someone is going to spend so much money I hope they will know what they are buying and not get fooled.

      @@4Kollector yeah if you want to lough just take aa look at these 2 euro coins
      www.ebay.com/itm/SPECIAL-OFFER-Greece-2002-Rare-2-Euro-Coin-with-S-with-numerous-defects/254273276303?hash=item3b33de498f:g:I3AAAOSwFKBdD38y
      that realy hurts me not only because he is a greek seller but the price howww he find out "yeah that is a common 2 euro coin lets price thousands" that madness happened 2 years ago somebody in Germany sold a 2 euro 2002 greek coin for 80.000 (off course the seller was private and who tells he just bought it himself from another account just saying) from then everybody here goes mad the newspapers first title "RARE 2 EURO GREEK COIN GOES FOR THOUSAND" yeahhh very rare only 80 million there minted in Breussels in 2002 so rare that everybody has it on their change.... and then they find out that is somewhat common (very common in reality so common that costs 2 euros) and "redused" the pricing.. they don't get it how it works...and scammers they are everywere just putting something fancy like "error" or "scarce" or the thing i lough everytime i see it "very very rare" yeahhh

    • @4Kollector
      @4Kollector  4 роки тому +1

      Oh my, that is funny. I don't know anything about coins so I would have assumed that it must be so rare since it is listed so expensive. I love error banknotes but they are so expensive even if the error is so minor it is practically not even visible and for that prince not even worth having it in your collection.
