To all the amateurs saying that he is not lifting heavy weights, first of all he is lifting more than 60+..the Olympic barbell alone weighs 15-20kg...and there are small weights of black and red color too apart from the yellow 15kg..and he is not a powerlifter. So 60+ is good for maintaining fitness.
