I watch your videos weekly even if they are years old. I'm so glad you don't just talk about breathing and walking outside etc, but you actually talk about daily little things like washing dishing (in another video) and daily chores and how to be more mindful about them because they get SO mundane and chore like for me

Really true. We don't appreciate all days. Wonderful and I love it! Is another when you trying practice mindfulness as you have a baby... but I don't give up and I'm trying to be more focus. I've been practice yoga at home for one months and I noticed that I can more focus and concentration when I have been learning language. Mindfulness is amazing.

Its called the most powerful timing for entity's,Holy Soul's and Deity's etc
At that time mind is very pure.. it's said in Spiritual Veda's in this time if anyone wish to lord for Something it's come to you..💕

This video is really helpful for me because my college starts from 10am & it ends on 4pm.....but the problem is I got really tired after my college because I don't get enough time to eat and water is also not enough to hydrate myself.
Please can you give some advice that how can I manage these things?
Planning is key🙌 Having simple healthy snacks/food on the go and investing in a big reusable water bottle help me stay on track when I’m not at home. It’s about finding all those little things we can do to care for ourselves throughout the day. Hope this helps💛

I use this 3 days that means if today I use this neem then day after tomorrow I use again..
Its excellent medicine for gum infection.Just chew and rub the Stem,all over the Teeth and gums..
Guava leaves are also useful for excellent tough Stains remover..
I want to share from USA, Russia etc other countries they came West Bengal'National Library to make xerox copies of Vedas.And I am very glad to say people's all over the world gives much importance to Ayurveda. ❤️
