It is pretty disappointing that EA keeps cancelling all these star wars games that have so much potential, and there was so much more potential for Battlefront II. They focused so much on the Clone Wars but never even added all the important characters from the clone wars to the game, and then after a while they stopped focusing on the clone wars, released a Rogue One map and some new Rise of Skywalker content and then all of a sudden stopped supporting it. There's a lot of games out there that haven't had the potential that Battlefront II still has and they've gotten support for more than 2 years

This was an investors call. Investors invest their own money into the business, and generally like to know how that business is doing financially. The purpose of this call was to inform the investors of how well said business is doing, and the plans of making further money
I don't think it will be that late if its confirmed and development does start it won't take 3-4 years considering bf2 was a sequal to the 2015 version and released two years later in 2017 so hopefully end of 2022 maybe summertime 23
I think I'd like a Jedi Fallen Order 2 (I know it's coming but we don't know when it's coming), because I'm playing it for the first time these days, and then I'd like the Battlefront 2 updates to come back while creating a new game battlefront, spin off or third game. People need to understand more that EA is just the publisher. They essentially are investors. Obviously this guy is only going to really talk about things from a financial stand point. Its the same as the music buisness, no one cares what record labels say because theyre only there for the money. But you can still be excited for what the artists and developers are doing as hopefully they actually carry some passion into the games.
Except that you’re wrong. If you think that’s how music industry or stuff works you’re not that knowledgeable on it as artists in the industry who are signed to major labels are usually controlled and told when to release, what type of music, etc etc etc. They make the music, but they’re told how to make the music and when to release it. It’s the same thing with publishers, publishers own the game studios and control what games the studios can make or are allowed to make. They tell them to do certain shit, tell them how, then the studio makes it within those boundaries. The developers aren’t completely given free ideas and stuff like people think or that they’re just “investors”. No they own the studios and tell them what to do

EA needs to give players of the Nintendo Switch a game that is exclusive to the hybrid console. EA said that they would make games for the console in general, yet none have been made for it since its release in March of 2017.
Its weird to me how people seem surprised that EA are money hungry as if Madden and Fifa don't exist. Also as someone who hates EA to the point if their name is on a game chances are I wont buy it or at least I will wait a long ass time to buy it depending how it turns out (I didn't buy Battlefront 2 until 2020). Yes the facts don't lie that financially the Star Wars games were its success. However it is unfortunate that the financial success is all that matters to them. EA is in it strictly for the money and you could argue the same for many game studios however at least other gaming companies for independent Studios care for the gamer as well. Well actually battle field is a live service game. Battle field 5 had dlc’s for one to two years after release so battle field 6 will probly do the same. So I don’t think that battle front 3 will be a reality for quite some time sadly.

Well actually battle field is a live service game. Battle field 5 had dlc’s for one to two years after release so battle field 6 will probly do the same. So I don’t think that battle front 3 will be a reality for quite some time sadly.
Ashoka is the main priority in bf3 lol
