("Future growth" IDW comics, and "Sonic Rivals 2" for examples of Espio and Silver's relationship.) His theme song is even written by a queer person, and it's about a gay experience. His voice actors like the idea of him supporting and being lgbtq+, also, just look at him. That's a fruit smoothie of a guy if I've ever seen one. Yusuke is ABSOLUTELY closeted, there’s literally a scene added into the Persona 4 anime that really focuses on the gay (even though it’s played for laughs.) For context: Classic Japanese high school festival and our protagonists make a group date cafe but no one is coming in. So they bring a friend to make a group to possibly draw people in but there are more guys than girls so Yu (the main character) immediately takes the missing girl’s spot without question and even puts on a higher pitched voice. Yosuke asks the girls “Which one of us do you see dating?” The actual girls get embarrassed but Yosuke looks at Yu and suddenly there is a sparkling background effect with soft heartfelt music, Yosuke gets nervous and blushes as they slowly get closer before Yosuke violently stands up and rejects it. “Is something wrong?” “Very wrong! In fact, Lloyd's love for women is very well written. The problem is that his first crush (a girl named Harumi) turned out to be a real life b*tch.. Never loved him back, only lied and used him. And as soon as she got what she wanted from him, she tried to make an additional hole in him with a knife. 😭 That's why he doesn't really trust women since then (new ones, with whom he has been communicating for a long time, he has 0 problems) (Imagine that you are about 16 years old, you fall in love for the first time, it seems that this is a very good girl, she is beautiful, kind, feeds hungry children on the street, and then she tries to kill you simply because she doesn’t need you anymore for her evil plans 😭) I also don’t know whether this influenced his difficult relationships with women or not, but his mother abandoned him in childhood (even if she tried to justify it somehow) and he was abused throughout his childhood at a boarding school, at one moment he was kicked out of there and was technically homeless for a few weeks.. (AT 10 YEARS OLD- ) So yes, difficult relationships with women in some ways... Since nobody really knows what happened in jttw, i’ll be that guy Basically macaque was originally a minor character, he didn’t show up until the middle of the book, i think. So wukong is one of the four celestial Monkeys, as well as macaque. Macaque had shapeshifted into wukong and stolen the pilgrim’s food and supplies after Wukong got kicked out for murdering people too much. After wukong heard of the impostor, they had a battle to figure out who was who. They had to get the buddha involved because not even guanyin, goddess of mercy, could tell the two apart. Essentially, macaque is his opposite and equal. (PS. im pissed we didn’t see more guanyin)
MY HERO ACADEMIA MENTIONED‼️ There's actually several canon queer characters, not sure if you were aware because you mentioned it had been a while since you watched/read it! Toga Himiko (You were right about her name, lol) is bi/pan, she falls in love regardless of gender, and is canonically in love with both Izuku (Deku) and Ochako. Magne, who unfortunately died in season 4, was a trans woman, who had a friend in her backstory who was also a trans woman. Tiger, who is a pro-hero (the only male member of the hero team called the "Wild Wild Pussycats") is a trans man. Mina Ashido is heavily implied to be cupioromantic, as it's mentioned that she's never had a crush on anyone, but really wants to, and adores the idea of love. There are also several other characters that are hinted at being queer (spoiler warning starting here, lol) In the light novels, Izuku talks about how Katsuki (Bakugo) has never been given chocolate by a girl for Valentine's Day, due to him not going out of his way to be nice to them. When he was scolded for not being extra nice to girls, it "made him more annoyed at women in general". Katsuki gets annoyed by Izuku revealing this and says that it's none of his business, and when Izuku apologizes, Katsuki says; "as if you even get what you did wrong!" In another light novel, Katsuki has to enter Mineta's room, which has posters of half-naked/naked women, and Katsuki's level of visible disgust is comparable to if the room had been filled with cockroaches. It's not that he exactly dislikes women, as he has an equal level of respect for them as any man (Ex. The sports festival), he just doesn't seem to care for them romantically. It's especially noticeable when you compare it to how he is with another man (and by another man I mean Izuku, because, well 💀). It's very hard to sum up honestly, but the jist of it is he feels a lot of guilt for what he's done and is trying his best to atone, he constantly thinks about Izuku, which motivates him to continue fighting in battles, he sacrificed himself to save Izuku, because when Izuku was in danger it felt like his own life was in danger, he actually dies (like full on dies, his heart explodes) because he's "the closest person to Izuku Midoriya", he revives himself (with help) and pretty much immediately goes looking for him, since he was waitng for him to arrive when he died, he ran away from the paramedics trying to take him to the hospital because he wanted to go help Izuku again, and most recently, he sobs in the hospital while telling Izuku that he thought that'd they'd continue chasing after each other for the rest of their lives. On Izuku's side, there's the obvious admiration, but even though he just describes it as that, it seems to go beyond that. He thinks things like "He couldn't imagine a world without Kacchan" and "I want to get even closer to him" in extra content, and becomes extremely volitile at any threat towards Katsuki (During the training camp when Katsuki gets kidnapped, he screams "Give him back (to me)!" And Mr. Compress comments on how it's an odd thing to says, because "He (Katsuki) doesn't belong to anyone!" When Katsuki actually is taken, Izuku is in complete distress, and just screams. When he wakes up he actually doesn't remember what happened until reminded, and when thag happens he immediately comes back to himself and starts crying. When Monoma blames Katsuki for the fall of All Might during battle training, Izuku "loses control of his heart" for the first time, unlocking another quirk and basically going haywire, only managing to calm down when Shinso brainwashes him. When Katsuki sacrifices himself for Izuku, he has another instance of this, losing control of his heart and charging into a fight without thinking, which almost allows AFO to steal his quirk. The final time it happens (as of now), is when Katsuki dies. Izuku arrives on scene and sees Katsuki's body, which causes him to lose it for the third time, after Shigaraki mocks him for not arriving on time, as well as saying shit like; "Don't you LOVE the present I got you?" Shigaraki is intentionally trying to make Izuku lose control so that he can kill him, by targetting the closest person to him, and the only person capable of making him lose control of his heart. It almost works, but Mirio manages to calm Izuku down, saying that everyone's going to be fine, that Edgeshot is fixing Katsuki, and to not give up, and he manages to calm himself down). During that entire subplot thing, a lot of Izuku's thoughts, (especially about Katsuki) are closed off to the reader, which is most likely him attempting to control his heart like he's been told to, by just not thinking about it. There's a ton of stuff I wasn't able to include, bur hopefully I got the point across, lol. As for Ochako, (mentioned in the video but I don't think you know the whole series of events?) she forms a sense of curiosity towards Toga, and she can't seem to stop thinking about her once she sees her cry. Ochako wants to speak with her, but after Toga gets her idea of love rejected by her, she doesn't want to speak with her anymore. Ochako insists on talking about love with her though, wanting to understand her feelings, and Toga gets upset and stabs Ochako. But Ochako refuses to give up, promising Toga her blood for the rest of their lives, and opening up to her, and Toga ends up opening up in return. She talks about how she falls in love easily, but everyone around her is disgusted by it. Toga asks why no one else loves the way she does, and her parents exclaim that they've given birth to a "demon", and force Toga to go to this conversersion therapy like sessions, but for "bad" quirks. Toga's first crush was a guy who looked like Izuku, and she wanted to ask him for some blood, but she knew that if she did, he would think that she was "inhumane", and "not cute at all". She masks her feelings until she can't take it anymore, ending up seriously wounding the guy and running away after. Ochako empathizes with her, and they hug and touch foreheads, as Ochako tells her that she can't replace the league of villains, but that she wants to be there for her. Toga asks her if she thinks she's cute, and Ochako says that Toga's "the cutest in the whole world." Right after this though, Ochako exhasts herself by floating everyone to the ground (because they were all in the air), and she's bleeding out due to the stab wound. Toga stitches up her wound and transforms into Ochako, starting to do a blood transfusion, because she can't bear to live in a world without Ochako. She says that her feelings are genuine, so she's giving Ochako all of her blood, and Ochako says that she can't do that (because Toga will die). But Toga says she'll live how she wants to, and they both cry as they fall unconscious, with Toga kinda holding Ochako. Toga kinda monologues about her life, saying that if she had known a love like this sooner, maybe she would've been able to live in this world. There's an extra piece of content later on, a "what if?" scenario where the two are portrayed as childhood friends, and Ochako understands her, so Toga doesn't become a villain. Again, there was more stuff that I didn't mention but there's a lot 😭😭 There are two others I can think of right now, Yoichi and Kudou (The 1st and 2nd users of OFA), but there isn't a ton to be said about them, because Yoichi dies so quickly after being rescued by Kudou. In like half the scenes they have together in life they are seen holding hands, Kudou was the leader of a group (called the Resistance I think?), so when he speaks in a commander-type tone in the last chapter they're in, he drops/softens it while speaking to Yoichi specifically. Yoichi calls refers to the two who rescued him as "my heroes" but he only refers to them both once, and the rest of the time he just calls Kudou "my hero". Kudou was holding Yoichi's hand when Yoichi was killed, and his blood gets splattered on his face as he starts to cry (which is like the only time we see him cry). Yoichi also somehow passed on OFA to Kudou without even knowing that was possible, and the passing of OFA requires a DNA transfer while the current holder wants it to be passed on, meaning if it was following the rules of OFA, they would've had to have been sharing DNA in some way, while Yoichi presumably thought about wanting to stay with him (most likely when he died, the blood splatter allowed it to transfer if this was the case). I don't even have much to say about them, I just love them. Like I said, I wasn't able to include a bunch of stuff, so if you want to continue MHA you definitely should, it's awesome!! He clearly did have some struggles of thoughts of what Marcille is to him, but I found it pretty clear that in the end they are bros, sisters, the closest loving platonic friends that could be and I love that. In the topic of the first section, its no suprise that lego is SUPER gay. Lego always likes to add queer coded or even canon characters. Recently with the new ninjago season Cole finally was been confirmed to be into men (which if you watch the series, its no suprise), now a lil spoilers for rising dragons but him and Geo act like an old couple, even a bit like Jay a Nya, a canon straight couple from the show. Sometime ago i bought a lego ninjago maganize and in one of the puzzles in it there was a character, Sally, who had a guitar with a lgbtq flag on it. You can tell lego does this for rep and not money for the fact they arent afraid to show the canon gay characters being gay, they are obviously found of putting characters of the same gender together most times and make them act... weirdly gay. Ok, I just wanna' point out that I just finished touching up my headcanons on the ROTTMNT's sexualities, gender identities, & pronouns. And I gotta' say the Leo is definitely queer, no questions about it, 100%-1000%. And I see him as being mainly homoflexible as he did flirt with Atomic Lass in a sense. SO, I think he mainly likes men (any type of men), and also like girls but only sometimes. But for women it really depends on either their personalities & traits, or it's shallowness/superficial & just come down to their looks. Plus, Mikey is also defiantly queer too. I see Mikey as being more Pansexual & Genderfluid though. Cause Mikey just loves everyone and everything that I can totally see them not caring about what gender their partner is. For Mikey it's about their personality not their looks. And absolutely none of the characters in this show is straight or cis in any way. The only exceptions are Big Mama, Ghost Bear, & Repo Mantis. Also, definitely see and agree with all the queer vibes of all the characters. Also, Labru stand. Yeeeaaaassss! Laios x Kabru, absolutely. Senshi definitely gives off with the whole bear energy. Marcille & Falin just yes. And so does Namari. Like, Namari to me gives off Butch Lesbian vibes. IDK, if that's just me but yeah. Chilchuk makes me think he's bisexual. I mean, little guy has comment Senshi on his looks I think at least twice in the show. Although (SPOILERS, if you haven't watched/read everything!!!), he does have a wife & kids. So maybe he's the type that doesn't let it get to him & just states how someone looks based on if he's attracted to them or not. Cause let's face it, Marcille is really pretty but Chilcuck has never told her probably based on the fact that he's not attracted to her. Plus, again, he's married with kids, so he probably doesn't wanna' complicate things with his wife or his comrades' feelings. And again, everyone in this show is just freaking queer. For context: Classic Japanese high school festival and our protagonists make a group date cafe but no one is coming in. So they bring a friend to make a group to possibly draw people in but there are more guys than girls so Yu (the main character) immediately takes the missing girl’s spot without question and even puts on a higher pitched voice. Yosuke asks the girls “Which one of us do you see dating?” The actual girls get embarrassed but Yosuke looks at Yu and suddenly there is a sparkling background effect with soft heartfelt music, Yosuke gets nervous and blushes as they slowly get closer before Yosuke violently stands up and rejects it.

Basically macaque was originally a minor character, he didn’t show up until the middle of the book, i think. So wukong is one of the four celestial Monkeys, as well as macaque. Macaque had shapeshifted into wukong and stolen the pilgrim’s food and supplies after Wukong got kicked out for murdering people too much. After wukong heard of the impostor, they had a battle to figure out who was who. They had to get the buddha involved because not even guanyin, goddess of mercy, could tell the two apart. Essentially, macaque is his opposite and equal.

MY HERO ACADEMIA MENTIONED‼️ There's actually several canon queer characters, not sure if you were aware because you mentioned it had been a while since you watched/read it! Toga Himiko (You were right about her name, lol) is bi/pan, she falls in love regardless of gender, and is canonically in love with both Izuku (Deku) and Ochako. Magne, who unfortunately died in season 4, was a trans woman, who had a friend in her backstory who was also a trans woman. Tiger, who is a pro-hero (the only male member of the hero team called the "Wild Wild Pussycats") is a trans man. Mina Ashido is heavily implied to be cupioromantic, as it's mentioned that she's never had a crush on anyone, but really wants to, and adores the idea of love.
There are also several other characters that are hinted at being queer (spoiler warning starting here, lol)
In the light novels, Izuku talks about how Katsuki (Bakugo) has never been given chocolate by a girl for Valentine's Day, due to him not going out of his way to be nice to them. When he was scolded for not being extra nice to girls, it "made him more annoyed at women in general". Katsuki gets annoyed by Izuku revealing this and says that it's none of his business, and when Izuku apologizes, Katsuki says; "as if you even get what you did wrong!" In another light novel, Katsuki has to enter Mineta's room, which has posters of half-naked/naked women, and Katsuki's level of visible disgust is comparable to if the room had been filled with cockroaches.
It's not that he exactly dislikes women, as he has an equal level of respect for them as any man (Ex. The sports festival), he just doesn't seem to care for them romantically. It's especially noticeable when you compare it to how he is with another man (and by another man I mean Izuku, because, well 💀). It's very hard to sum up honestly, but the jist of it is he feels a lot of guilt for what he's done and is trying his best to atone, he constantly thinks about Izuku, which motivates him to continue fighting in battles, he sacrificed himself to save Izuku, because when Izuku was in danger it felt like his own life was in danger, he actually dies (like full on dies, his heart explodes) because he's "the closest person to Izuku Midoriya", he revives himself (with help) and pretty much immediately goes looking for him, since he was waitng for him to arrive when he died, he ran away from the paramedics trying to take him to the hospital because he wanted to go help Izuku again, and most recently, he sobs in the hospital while telling Izuku that he thought that'd they'd continue chasing after each other for the rest of their lives.
On Izuku's side, there's the obvious admiration, but even though he just describes it as that, it seems to go beyond that. He thinks things like "He couldn't imagine a world without Kacchan" and "I want to get even closer to him" in extra content, and becomes extremely volitile at any threat towards Katsuki (During the training camp when Katsuki gets kidnapped, he screams "Give him back (to me)!" And Mr. Compress comments on how it's an odd thing to says, because "He (Katsuki) doesn't belong to anyone!" When Katsuki actually is taken, Izuku is in complete distress, and just screams. When he wakes up he actually doesn't remember what happened until reminded, and when thag happens he immediately comes back to himself and starts crying. When Monoma blames Katsuki for the fall of All Might during battle training, Izuku "loses control of his heart" for the first time, unlocking another quirk and basically going haywire, only managing to calm down when Shinso brainwashes him. When Katsuki sacrifices himself for Izuku, he has another instance of this, losing control of his heart and charging into a fight without thinking, which almost allows AFO to steal his quirk. The final time it happens (as of now), is when Katsuki dies. Izuku arrives on scene and sees Katsuki's body, which causes him to lose it for the third time, after Shigaraki mocks him for not arriving on time, as well as saying shit like; "Don't you LOVE the present I got you?"
Shigaraki is intentionally trying to make Izuku lose control so that he can kill him, by targetting the closest person to him, and the only person capable of making him lose control of his heart. It almost works, but Mirio manages to calm Izuku down, saying that everyone's going to be fine, that Edgeshot is fixing Katsuki, and to not give up, and he manages to calm himself down). During that entire subplot thing, a lot of Izuku's thoughts, (especially about Katsuki) are closed off to the reader, which is most likely him attempting to control his heart like he's been told to, by just not thinking about it.
There's a ton of stuff I wasn't able to include, bur hopefully I got the point across, lol.
As for Ochako, (mentioned in the video but I don't think you know the whole series of events?) she forms a sense of curiosity towards Toga, and she can't seem to stop thinking about her once she sees her cry. Ochako wants to speak with her, but after Toga gets her idea of love rejected by her, she doesn't want to speak with her anymore. Ochako insists on talking about love with her though, wanting to understand her feelings, and Toga gets upset and stabs Ochako. But Ochako refuses to give up, promising Toga her blood for the rest of their lives, and opening up to her, and Toga ends up opening up in return. She talks about how she falls in love easily, but everyone around her is disgusted by it. Toga asks why no one else loves the way she does, and her parents exclaim that they've given birth to a "demon", and force Toga to go to this conversersion therapy like sessions, but for "bad" quirks. Toga's first crush was a guy who looked like Izuku, and she wanted to ask him for some blood, but she knew that if she did, he would think that she was "inhumane", and "not cute at all". She masks her feelings until she can't take it anymore, ending up seriously wounding the guy and running away after. Ochako empathizes with her, and they hug and touch foreheads, as Ochako tells her that she can't replace the league of villains, but that she wants to be there for her. Toga asks her if she thinks she's cute, and Ochako says that Toga's "the cutest in the whole world."
Right after this though, Ochako exhasts herself by floating everyone to the ground (because they were all in the air), and she's bleeding out due to the stab wound. Toga stitches up her wound and transforms into Ochako, starting to do a blood transfusion, because she can't bear to live in a world without Ochako. She says that her feelings are genuine, so she's giving Ochako all of her blood, and Ochako says that she can't do that (because Toga will die). But Toga says she'll live how she wants to, and they both cry as they fall unconscious, with Toga kinda holding Ochako. Toga kinda monologues about her life, saying that if she had known a love like this sooner, maybe she would've been able to live in this world.
There's an extra piece of content later on, a "what if?" scenario where the two are portrayed as childhood friends, and Ochako understands her, so Toga doesn't become a villain.
Again, there was more stuff that I didn't mention but there's a lot 😭😭
There are two others I can think of right now, Yoichi and Kudou (The 1st and 2nd users of OFA), but there isn't a ton to be said about them, because Yoichi dies so quickly after being rescued by Kudou. In like half the scenes they have together in life they are seen holding hands, Kudou was the leader of a group (called the Resistance I think?), so when he speaks in a commander-type tone in the last chapter they're in, he drops/softens it while speaking to Yoichi specifically. Yoichi calls refers to the two who rescued him as "my heroes" but he only refers to them both once, and the rest of the time he just calls Kudou "my hero". Kudou was holding Yoichi's hand when Yoichi was killed, and his blood gets splattered on his face as he starts to cry (which is like the only time we see him cry). Yoichi also somehow passed on OFA to Kudou without even knowing that was possible, and the passing of OFA requires a DNA transfer while the current holder wants it to be passed on, meaning if it was following the rules of OFA, they would've had to have been sharing DNA in some way, while Yoichi presumably thought about wanting to stay with him (most likely when he died, the blood splatter allowed it to transfer if this was the case).
I don't even have much to say about them, I just love them.

Laios - Ace, but not aro. He clearly did have some struggles of thoughts of what Marcille is to him, but I found it pretty clear that in the end they are bros, sisters, the closest loving platonic friends that could be and I love that. He figured it out and a love interest she was not. He is definitely into Kabru and Kabru, despite what he might claim is definitely into him. Though for Laios in an ace way.
Marcille - Yea, defs lesbian. Tho, I would wager she went on a bit of a similar journey as Laios about him. I don't blame her, they went to hell and back together, shared intimate moments about their vulnerabilities and thoughts, and the two just have chemistry. But, like Laios, I think she came to the conclusion that they are bestie friends.

Pls watch ninjago, but I will I’m surprised that out of ALL the ninja Lloyd was mentioned and not Cole. Cole has always been the most queer coded character, with most headcanoning him as ace or gay (esp in the new season where one of the main writers hints at it). As for Lloyd I personally think he’s straight cuz he does show interest in girls. it’s just that he got hurt real bad by one plus saving the world makes it hard to pursue anything. But it’s an interesting headcanon nonetheless and I might look into it.

Ok, I just wanna' point out that I just finished touching up my headcanons on the ROTTMNT's sexualities, gender identities, & pronouns. And I gotta' say the Leo is definitely queer, no questions about it, 100%-1000%. And I see him as being mainly homoflexible as he did flirt with Atomic Lass in a sense. SO, I think he mainly likes men (any type of men), and also like girls but only sometimes. But for women it really depends on either their personalities & traits, or it's shallowness/superficial & just come down to their looks. Plus, Mikey is also defiantly queer too. I see Mikey as being more Pansexual & Genderfluid though. Cause Mikey just loves everyone and everything that I can totally see them not caring about what gender their partner is. For Mikey it's about their personality not their looks. And absolutely none of the characters in this show is straight or cis in any way. The only exceptions are Big Mama, Ghost Bear, & Repo Mantis. Also, definitely see and agree with all the queer vibes of all the characters. Also, Labru stand. Yeeeaaaassss! Laios x Kabru, absolutely. Senshi definitely gives off with the whole bear energy. Marcille & Falin just yes. And so does Namari. Like, Namari to me gives off Butch Lesbian vibes. IDK, if that's just me but yeah. Chilchuk makes me think he's bisexual. I mean, little guy has comment Senshi on his looks I think at least twice in the show. Although (SPOILERS, if you haven't watched/read everything!!!), he does have a wife & kids. So maybe he's the type that doesn't let it get to him & just states how someone looks based on if he's attracted to them or not. Cause let's face it, Marcille is really pretty but Chilcuck has never told her probably based on the fact that he's not attracted to her. Plus, again, he's married with kids, so he probably doesn't wanna' complicate things with his wife or his comrades' feelings. And again, everyone in this show is just freaking queer. Even freaking Shiro & Izutsumi comes off as queer to me. If anyone wants to elaborate more on these topics then please, feel free to leave a comment.

This is a bit of a weird thing to say but…for the longest time I’ve always had a head cannon of cherry (kaoru) and joe (kojiro) from skate the infinity being the ultimate gay enemies to lovers! You cannot deny it! Even the voice actors in the dub ship it!
