Sounds fun, but the game would become even more boring than it was since the AI in Carbon isn't exactly the hardest. Even a regular BMW without mods is too good for them. Crosschase BMW is slow, so the best I can do is making that crosschase bmw tunable.

The more I watch this, the more it just goes to show that Most Wanted had a greater sense of speed than Carbon or any other modern-day NFS game could hope to match.
I feel like Carbon has a better driving feel than MW though, because you could feel the weight of the cars, especially if you're driving Muscle which I adore, and the fact that we're always running around through twisty corners makes it less noticeable, but all in all, the same sense of speed MW is known for is also present here imo.
Holy crap, what's impressive about this is that you can take all these corners without the need of brakes, i wonder how hard it was for you to master the racing line
@@Krcun774 you don't understand, the MW version of the M3 has that kind of handling, minimal to zero use of brakes, also the acceleration of the MW M3 is on par (or better at some scenarios) with the Z06 in Carbon with a top speed of 390 kmh
Driving in mw and carbon is extremely intuitive and practical, I find it to be the easiest handling model while also the one that's the most satifsying.
@@drsoe08 brakes u definitely have to use. Its the handbrake u very rarely use. Mw driving physics is very grippy. So a lot less understeer at high speeds.

It's a modified gamefile ;) BMW in Carbon has lower pitch sound due to using 2 sound files (engine and exhaust), whereas MW uses only one. So in MW BMW uses TVR Cerbera (tvr_cerb) sound, and in Carbon it uses TVR Cerbera (tvr_cerb) exhaust sound and Jaguar XK engine sound (jag_xk_a), hence the low pitched sound. Once you change engine sound to TVR Cerbera, you'll get the high pitched sound. Anyways, link to this little "mod" is in description ;)

I've always wanted to rip the junk man mustang out of mw and use it in other games. Similar to you pulling most wanted physics out. The cars in carbon tend to slide a bit more.
I tried to use vlted to make the specs of the bmw the same as in mw. But carbon bmw is only 1100 kilos compared to 1300 in mw. So the acceleration of bmw becomes faster than many muscle cars. However I am not able to replicate the handling. Even after putting all the numbers from MW for the tires the handling in carbon is worse than MW. Could you give some tips?
I think the one you're missing in terms of handling is the setting called "HandlingRating". It's located in pvehicle, find the bmw_m3_gtr_e46 file scroll down there and find that setting. From there you can see the current value of the car's handling based on its responsiveness when it comes to steering. I think this is self-explanatory, lower values means understeer while higher ones equal to oversteer. Now, what you want to do is copy the handling rating of the bmw in mw 2005 and paste it on carbon. I hope that helps

The car in mw handles better at high speeds. It has more tire grip. If u want to replicate that kind of mw handling u should increase the tires grip scale. But if u do that also the handling at low speeds becomes very unrealistic in carbon. In carbon, cars understeer a lot in medium to high speeds. Which actually makes game more challenging. Especially in the canyons.
I wouldn't say it's faster than the good old Z06, but it is the most overpowered car in the game (even if Z06 is fast as hell but has a horrible handling)
Just like I wrote in the description this BMW has a slight disadvantage in acceleration, but huge advantage in handling and jumps, and is capable of achieving better times on most of the tracks. Vettes handing isn't that horrible tho if you have decent skills and a good setup. Viper is a pain in the ass tho,it only goes good on Waterfront Road
The MW version of this car is definitely faster than the Z06, at least on that first track. It took me almost two hours to get a 2:35 of my own, though it was six-tenths slower at 2:35.77. I used just about every tech I could think of to make it happen, too. Drilled and practiced every corner quite extensively. I got a 55.2 on Waterfront Road first try, then a 44.8 on my third. Without a doubt, the M3 is the faster car, with MW specs of course.
you do know that they made a street versoion of the race car? it has the same engine, bodykit, and trans, so it can easily be tye street version just stripped out, and made to have some of the race car features

Yes it's definitely possible, but you need a separate script for it. It's actually an easy one to make. But the mod I made has some fun stuff too, including Challenge Series from MW and duels with some of the Blacklist Members!
hey. i installed this mod but i can't click on the first challenge. the challenge icon is missing and i cant start it for whatever reason. It simply says complete challenge to unlock challenge. is there something i did wrong?
Well, after trying with the nfsc unlocker to get this car in carrer mod, it unlocks the OG M3, the one it's nerfed but not this :( I don't know if I did something wrong.
BTW I'd be blessed if you try my little Challenge Series mod ;) Nothing really special, but still fun, I guess...I'm very interested what times you can achieve with that BMW. Probably 36.xx Main Street? Under 2 minutes Chinatown?

@@TheEdge1999 The Punto parts have been changed by the devs, cuz when I applied them to the Brera, neither did I get acceleration , nor handling (the punto in mw had those things), also the evo8_top parts make the Evo a damn dragster with more understeer

Overall BMW is the fastest, because there is no car in the game that keeps so much speed in the corners. Lotus has a better handling, but huge disadvantage in speed. Just try to use these cars on a certain track and compare times :)

no man, I've already done an acceleration test with the m3 GTR and the carrera gt all at level 3 (without junkmen) I did this test without nitro, I gave the perfect rank with the two cars, I went to test the top speed of the two cars without beating, and at the end of the straight, the carrera gt all at level 3 (with turbo level 3) without junkmen made 357 km/h and the m3 GTR even without junkmen and superchager or turbo it made 353 km/h, this shows that the m3 GTR even without superchager or turbo it goes a lot

I just disabled redline, just like in MW, of course if it goes over redline it would generate 430 kmph top speed
