Love your dedication and inspiration. The e46 is such an incredible car. We need to keep them on the road. I'm In the process of restoring my 01 330xi to its former glory. Was badly abused before I purchased it from an auction. It's coming along nicely. Keep up the great work.

I got in here hoping i might see a good replica or as close as possible but i'm really sorry few things are to be say in here : The project he choose is hard to replicate and the important parts are very hard to source out (engine of GTR, gearbox and wheels +the fact that if he will do it the car will need to be re-inspected & re-approved by local authority and get new papers since GTR is a full race car (in Germany is TUV inspection not sure how they are called in other parts of the world MoT or something).. But : such work is considered dangerous & sloppy in Germany if police would get him they might confiscate the car, registration certificate and number plates, if the car would not pass the inspections it will be impounded.. driver would also get hefty fine tax and license suspended for 3 months for driving such car on public roads.. So the positive part if he would choose a different tuning theme like M3 CS or competition ( would be much better to use up-grades.. from plenty tuners like : Hartge, Hamman, AC-Schnitzer, Evotech they offer up-grades for everything power, gearbox, suspension, brakes, exhaust that will sound good and is compatible with OEM components what i mean the car can also be reversed back if latter need to.. in this case that car can not be reversed back specially if they dismantle the LM-GTR body kit.. btw the OEM Street version of BMW M3 GTR didn't had such wider body kit, take a look :

Mannnn this gives me soo much hope got a 01 325i fixing her up right now my dad wanted to junk it but I took it from his hands and she has sadly been abused but no more I’m saving it I’ve learnt a lot about it pros and flaws gonna get it mechanically sound first and hopefully start doing some mods and cosmetic love the build man you’ve inspired me

Very nice build from scratch, I was in awww. But one thing that may have been an oversight or maybe not. The chrome window piece couldve been done in black to match the black grill that replaced the chrome grill. But A1 job, looks great

I'm just curious how you get awesome cars like these to pass inspection for registration. Do you not have trouble because of the exhaust?(sound and pollution)
I have no issues, the car is exempt from emissions due to being driven less than 5k miles a year

I just came over from the Fitness Industries video, BEAUTIFUL car dude! I’m always going back and forth on what car I want to buy next, I can’t decide between an FD RX-7 or E46 M3, the E46 was one of the first cars I fell in love with as a kid because of NFS, and seeing your build has almost IMMEDIATELY convinced me that I should get the E46. Hopefully one day it’ll be just as good looking as your is! I’m definitely subbing and keeping up with the build, good luck with it and I can’t wait to see how it turns out!
