    Easy to follow and learn. Thank you for using larger beads so we can see and thank you for not talking so much that it confuses the audience. You are a great teacher. Very appreciated.

    Your tutorial video is outstanding. I like that you use larger beads and yarn needle and thread. You can follow what you are stitching so much easier. For over folks, like myself, it's a blessing. Thank you for sharing and pray we see you in other tutorials.

    Thank you so much for this! I was looking for how to do two even rows, but I didn't know what it was called, so I Googled an entire sentence, and your video popped up with exactly what I needed! Agree with others that use of the big beads for demonstration is really helpful. Thanks again!

    Great tutorial, thank you!!! What would you call the U-shaped metal piece on the top of the finished earrings in the beginning? I don't know what to search for. 🌻🌻

    Could you possibly do a tutorial for this two-drop, but going from top to bottom? (Like starting where the ear hook goes, to where the fringe would start)

    • @nailadee
      @nailadee Рік тому +1

      It’s actually a lot more difficult that way, imo.

    • @harpertallman1548

      @@nailadee I was thinking so too, but I bought a pattern that goes from top to bottom and I'd love to have a visual reference for it.. so far, I haven't found anything on youtube to help me!

    • @thewholenessshop
      @thewholenessshop  8 місяців тому +1

      @@harpertallman1548 Hey there! I agree, it's much more difficult as you'll be increasing on each row. What kind of pattern are you using? You should be able to do the same pattern from bottom up if its a standard pyramid shape.

    • @harpertallman1548
      @harpertallman1548 8 місяців тому

      @thewholenessshop thanks for the reply! It was one I bought on Etsy I believe, and I am very new to beading, so as soon as I read it I was like... nope 😅 I can't remember which pattern for sure since it's been a while since I asked this question, but when I come across it again, I'll link it and/or try it from the bottom up as per usual.. which, funnily enough, I don't think I even thought to try!

    What do I do if my brickstitch triangle looks crooked or lopsided? I followed all the steps but I feel like I’m doing something wrong!

    • @thewholenessshop
      @thewholenessshop  8 місяців тому +2

      Hey there! A couple things could be happening. First, I would ask what type of beads you are using - wonky beads lead to wonky work. I recommend using Miyuki round seed beads, they are the most consistently sized. Next, it could be your tension, which requires practice to perfect. Make sure you're pulling snug after adding each new bead to your pyramid. Lastly, for aiding your tension, I suggest using wax to condition your thread. This acts like a glue to hold your work in place, otherwise the thread is too smooth and the work can slip around. 100% beezwax works just fine. I hope this helps! :)

    I have a horrible time threading my wildfire thread onto a beading needle

    • @littleststarlit1658
      @littleststarlit1658 7 місяців тому

      I usually flatten out the end to fit it through the beading needle with my teeth and then slip the end onto the needle and usually it pulls right through afterwards.
