- Today I cover the install and review of Noble Performance wireless carplay adapter. I am installing into my 2022 Subaru WRX, BUT this will work for any vehicle that has apply carplay that is NOT wireless already.

It's a shame that bluetooth still has lag in today's age, but worst of all is the noticeable reduction in sound quality when compared to cable. Guess I'll stay wired until society at large figures these two items out. Thanks for the review!
I truly can’t tell a difference to the ear on sound quality. Yes the lag is sucky but….. increased battery life is always nice.
@@Flatline_WRX can you tell a difference between stock Bluetooth (non-CarPlay) and wired? Serious question, as this is huge to me. If sound quality was practically the same vs wired w/Noble, I might order one.
Also what is meant by the “increased battery life?” Because from my experience, I’m plugging my phone into the USB for CarPlay and therefore it is charging and using CarPlay at the same time… therefore literally increasing battery life vs just having my phone wirelessly in my pocket.

@@On2thakneppz1 so increased battery life is because anytime you charge your phone and it’s not needed above 90% ie using wired CarPlay it slowly reduces total battery life expectancy.
So the noble Bluetooth vs factory Bluetooth I can’t honestly answer as I truly never used the factory Bluetooth. I only ever used wired CarPlay or the Sirius XM. But I can’t tell you wired car play to noble CarPlay I really can’t tell much of any difference. Honestly I would have to go back and forth nit picking to be able to tell.

Can you make a video of how you have it installed. I'm wondering if I can 3m tape it to the top of the cubby under the USB or if it won't fit.

But …. Yes I did exactly what you said. I have a command adhesive strip so I can remove later applied to the top of the cubby hole in front of the little led light. It’s stuck up there out of the way.

there are a few companies that make them, but so far Noble does not. Maybe in the future.

@@willsmithp1 I would forget the BT connection and forget the Wifi connection both while the adapter is unplugged. Once all forgot then plug it back in a attempt to repair the connection. Other than that I’m not sure as it uses BT to start the wifi connection.
