Great video, I’m new to exercise bike training and I’ve been doing 20 minute workouts and covering a distance of about 6 miles, average RPM of 88. The resistance level I’ve set is 14 (free motion coach bike). I just wondered if that is a good starting point ? Many thanks for your help
I always mix these sessions in during my work outs. I find that it is a great way to break the constant rhythm you get into on longer rides. I do more like 3 x 5 minute sessions during these rides.
FYI the 'session breakdown' in the description keeps saying "30 min" instead of "30 sec". Can't wait to do this later... will prob stack it with other short videos or repeat a couple times...

this is good for a high cadence workout. for people that complain about short workouts, im not sure I understand your point. just don't do it.

Threshold 20 min (can't hold 30 min) than Cadence with heavy resistance 10 min = 30 min (very intense)

I strained my right upper calf muscle doing this. I was occasionally reaching 130rpms. Took two months for it to heal.
If you follow the session in the description, you will be going for more than 4 hours 🤣
