So far it looks like we've got Vespid with their standard neutron blasters, what looks like a neutron-upgraded railrifle, and some kind of rocket launcher, also shooting the green neutron energy. That new helmet on the Vespid looks great too!
It's probably a communion helmet or whatever they call them so that they keep contact with the Ethereals. Not a T'au expert in any way so people can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

It's both. In the lore, the Tau had issues communicating with Vespids due to their societal structure being too different to the Tau. After the helmet was developed to communicate with the quees of the Vespid, the previously hierarchical hive society suddenly gave it up to help the Tau.
Holy cow, quite a bit to love here. That giganto "screw your continent" gun in the background, the dark comedy of that poor Fire Warrior just flopping over like the Kreiger did against the Orks, and OH MY GOODNESS THOSE BUGS ARE SEXY. New helmets and armor that actually tie them aesthetically into the T'au, new guns including what looks like a rail rifle, and they actually kinda look like proper bugs now. Kinda give me the vibes of Hopper from "A Bug's Life". Dang it, now I need them.
Yeah, the streamlined Tau style helmet and the more refined heads were the only changes I wanted and I think they delivered. Unless the models are badly executed somehow I think this box set will be great.

So it would be more accurate to say that 'sentient' AI is banned in the Imperium, while the lower level AI is either directly or indirectly allowed with a different name ie: machine spirits. Of course in practice some machine spirits are basically 'sentient' but hey... this is the Imperium we're talking here. And if 'sentient' capable AI is really required in a machine that can fit it... there's always the servitor route.

i love the accurate depiction when the cannon fires and the sound is heard second after this small detail is very cool, the cannon must be tens of miles away and it takes time for the sound to reach the spot, thisis very good job

Going to paint up my aquilons with the rest of my new guard next year, but for now the scenery and little greeblies in the hivestorm box are very nice indeed.
It'll probably be a similar thing to tau fire warriors where you can add them but it's not a part of the torso. So I imagine no ones gonna argue if you prefer the new sculpts and just don't choose the jump packs.
Despite trailer being just pure awesomeness, I can't grudge the fact that instead of making Harakoni or Elysian Drop Troops, GW just made Scions with grav-shutes
Elysian drop troops are boring and it would have been a waste considering how uninspired they look. Plenty of other way more unique and interesting regiments that deserve the spotlight over essentially "cadians with jetpacks".

Yeah, sound design could use a lot of work however. The weapon sounds especially feel very weak and monotonous across the board.
