Hey, I’m a Nommo v2 owner; aside from the puck, the Pro model also has a wireless subwoofer while the v2 is wired. That’s the main difference, though I’d still say it’s not worth the additional price point unless you definitely need to place the subwoofer somewhere a wire can’t reach.
I have done lots of research on the Nommo V2, i think it is still a nice system even without the wireless subwoofer. Plus, you can pay $49 separately for the Control Pod. Achilles heel of the g560 is the old style micro usb charger to connect to of, I finally just threw my g560 in the closet and finally ordered the cable. I’ve also got the og Nommo pro on the way so I’m excited to try that and see how it stacks, the g560 sounds really great. Would love to see you comparing these to Steelseries's Arena line. Razer is obviously trying to comepte with them as the middle teir and low teir speaker sets are the exact same setup and mostly the same price.

Too expensive, and the watered down version with just the speakers are liable to be worse than the Edifier 1280T I got at Bestbuy. Can't believe Razer would charge an additional $150 for just that little puck when there are much more affordable options baked into your keyboard alone.

Don't get why Razer removed the tweeters, which were present in the previous model. Also, the subwoofer is not even remotely in the same league as the old one was. The only "upgrade" I see here is the wireless connectivity, but that doesn't justify making the audio worse.

i have the steel series 7 atm. their app sucks atleast imo. their latest software steel series gg never opens. ive reinstalled it and their older version (that actually works) does not recognize the speakers. imo i bought these yesterday and have spent roughly 6 hours trying to configure it to work. will be returning these to best buy today/tomorrow to get the razer equivalent.. the speakers themselves work and sound decent. the sub could be better for lows but id assume you can adjust it more in the app which i cannot install...
Techne, does your iskur creak worse than 100yr old wood decking? I have the normal Iskur and its the creakiest $400 chair I've ever had... It could be that me being 6 foot 4 and 240lbs didn't get the Iskur XL?
Does the speakers and the softwares volume control sync with the PC's windows volume control? So when you adjust the PC's volume the speakers volume control changes in sync and vice versa.
I have the Logitech G 560 They also have the lighting in the back but also in the front. I've still yet to see any speakers better than these for PC gaming .
I hear a very slight hiss or electrical interference noise from my left nommo speaker it’s very light. It doesn’t distort audio in anyway you can only really hear it when you have no sound playing. You have to really put your ear up to it to hear it but the right one doesn’t do it. Is this normal? could it be caused by old wiring in my house or just interference from the PC?
Alright! Those do look super awesome, but I was feeling the soundbar a little more after everything mostly because of space issues. I would have liked the backwards facing RGB but I might not need any more with all this other razer stuff :D. I went with the step-down Leviathan v2 regular and while it doesn't have all of the stuff the pro does it sounds pretty good so far. This is for someone who doesn't go crazy about amps and blah blah blah. I also had to pick up the Blackwidow man, I am surprised you've been rocking a wired mouse and full-size keyboard this long. I should have looked into a mouse bungie. I love my wireless mouse but I kind of hate finding a charging cable or making sure the one doesn't fall somewhere.
The video that I was waiting im deciding, to get the leviathan v2 pro or this nommo speakers since they can connect to pc and ps5. Is a hard choice I currently have the leviathan v2 x but they are not loud with the ps5, so im returning it to get this nommo v2.

The bass is really bad if you like heavy bass and the bass rattles when there is much bass in songs or video games, downfire bass is better in my opinion. The sound is ok, but I had a Teufel system before the Edifier and it was better. So I have sold the Edifier and I have bought the Razer Nommo Pro V1 a few months ago on Amazon Warehouse. Much better than the Edifier in my opinion. Good sound, many settings, a really good bass and nice design. Just the short cables are bad.

@@TheTechne i had the same issue with Razer barcudda pro 2.4ghz dongle firmware failing so had to install good ol vm with Windows 11. Was worth it for the THX sound alone but I was so close to returning it glad I didn't.

i have the pro version because my desk (magnus pro xl) can move up and down so the v2 pro are perfect for me :D

I used have the Enki and that creaked really badly. Got rid and got a chair from Anda Seat. Much better.
