- Chard is a nutritious vegetable green similar to beet greens. Fresh Swiss or rainbow chard look great and pair well with sweet potato in this easy recipe. Sweet potatoes are high in fiber and antioxidants and a lot easier on your blood sugar than white potatoes. Cook up this healthy superfood dish and let me know what you think. You can print the complete chard and sweet potato recipe at www.myfoodchan...

Looks very colorful and tasty. The leaves were so big! Always love adding sweet potatoes into any dish. Thank you so much for sharing this with us, Chef Buck. Wishing you, and CG a great weekend. Take care!
Nothing like something delicious and nutritious to get you back on track. CG will have you whipped into shape in no time
Excellent recipe! Definitely making this one!!!
I made it yesterday for dinner and swapped garbanzo beans and quinoa for garlicky shrimp and it was delicious. Loved all the spices and overall taste. Reminded me of marocain cuisine, especially with the cinnamon! Delish, will make it again. Thank you!
Yay Rainbow Chard!
Hi, CB and CG! I hadn't considered the importance of balancing square ingredients and round ingredients for skillet feng shui before, but I suspect you're right. And Camera Girl, as we know, is always right. Hope you're both ok, wherever you are.
This looks good. Did you know Walmart has diced tomatoes that come with celery and onion?
I see you had a video on mini meatloaves I didn’t get a notice on. Going to watch that first as it looks good and want to make for family.
"skillet Feng-shui" !!!!!!! Must be the secret ingredient !!!!! Like !!!!!!!
Yum! Making this for supper tonight!
This is what General George Washington's troops ate via open firepit dutch oven cooks.
Aww... HEALTHY food!? WHY!? lol. xD
For some reason I haven’t been getting the notifications when you upload. I haven’t seen a video in so long! Hope all is well
Lovely recipe. I have the chard, onions, and carrots in my garden !
I recently made this. I know I've seen this video before and it must've been echoing in my mind because when I saw lots of this and that in my fridge this recipe came to mind. I rewatch the video and put it all together. The greens I used were kale and turnip greens cuz it's what I had. I also added in acorn squash cuz why not. But I didn't have tomato. However it was delicious and it lasted me 4 days. Super good food.
Great recipe. Thank you.
