      performance wise it's actually better if anything. Lighter, slightly lower latency but the main thing i think is just that it's running at a higher power which allows for a more consistent and snappy feel. The only downside is the less known brand and ofc higher power comes at the expense of battery life

    For anyone with shorter, but wide hands: Give the Cooler Master MM720 a try if you get the chance!
    From what I could find, it seems like they aren't producing any more of these (and I've seen a couple of retailers selling them for just $10-20)
    It isn't wireless and the buttons are pretty bad. But it has by far the best shape for my hands (18.5 by 11cm).
    I can comfortably hold it with a relaxed claw grip - it perfectly sits between the tips of my thumb, ring and pinky finger when I just lay my hand on top of it. And my aim is better than with any other mouse I've tried.
    If your fingers are a bit longer, it might not be as comfortable. But if your hands are around 17-20 by 10-12cm, I'd definitely recommend trying it.

    Great video but if I would add one thing to it, it would be that most people that have symmetry in mice as a non-negotiable are people that are left-handed (because mice made only for lefties is a pipe dream) so I think a mouse that has side buttons only on the left side aren't really an option too. It was kind of the reason that I bought the fatter G Pro Wireless over the superlight because even if they have the same shell, the right sided programmable buttons on the G pro wireless (or lack thereof on the superlight) was a very important factor.

    3:21, what would feel better in hand? The Lmazu Maya X or the Lamzu Atlantis?

    • @panvlk
      @panvlk 3 місяці тому

      That will entirely depend on the personal preference, but I would say if you are unsure, go with the Maya. Atlantis has a very aggressive tapering of the sides, the mouse gets narrower closer to bottom. Not everyone will enjoy it, Maya is more universal with flatter sides.

    @Rocket33r 3 місяці тому

    I struggle a bit with the price of the Maya X for a Chinese import, even though it appears worth it relative to the market for high end gaming mice. I guess in Europe, warranty is handled through Fnatic though, so should be okay if you buy the collab.

    I have rather unusual list of requirements for a mouse that anybody can recommend me.
    -Needs to be able to operate both wired and wireless
    -Needs to use AA batteries as I don't want to discard the mouse just because the internal battery died
    -It must be a large symmetrical mouse
    -I don't care about the weight or pulling since it is for regular use and casual gaming

    Riddle me this... With all the similar mice now on the market, why does no one make a good, comfortable, lightweight mouse with more than the minimum five buttons? It's either the innumerable minimalist FPS mice or some porky G502-like monstrosity. Lightweight also happens to be very nice for productivity and the many non-FPS games that benefit from a few more programmable options.

    maya or thorn for palm grip ?

  • @carmelo309
    @carmelo309 3 місяці тому

    I use a sort of mix between palm grip and claw grip or fingertip grip and palm grip, I don't know which of the two terms is correct: the palm partially touches the back of the mouse, the fingers are straight, almost flat (no claw) and the palm touches the mouse pad. What would be the best choice? At the moment I bought and am trying pulsar xlite v3 medium. But I'm not sure is the right choice. Could Zowie u2 be the best? (or other) Or even the same xlite v3?
    Ps: I have a long hand 16,5 cm Approximately. while about 9 cm wide
    Ps 2 : I used the g502 hero from 2020 until the end of 2023
