I had two sales calls with my niche this week-I went from 0 calls a week to 2. I have about 10 other leads, and I'm pretty sure I'll be able to get most of them into a call next week. What do you do when your prospect is already with an agency running a service similar to yours? That happened in one of my calls with a dental clinic.
I'd definitely point it out as soon as I can, because if they DO already have an agency in place but they're still on the call with you, there's something wrong. "Okay and I mean NAME just to understand a little bit better the situation.. if you're already working with an agency what caused to come on the call? With a neutral tone.. Because at the end there's the risk they can come up with "Yes sounds good but we already have an agency so we'll se.." you have to pre-handle that
