As a Sri Lankan there's something I really enjoy.That is I guess each an every village has minimum one water source like a stream,river,lake or a waterfall.It's really common and I never get messed up with bathing in them.That's why I see my country as heaven 💐💐💐🌼have nice time here guys🌾

Yes! Honestly, Sri Lanka blew our minds. This has been our favorite trip ever and we think the tuktuk had a lot to do with it. We can't wait to go back and see more :)

@@waysoftheworld_ Go next time. You can see the beautiful Bakers Falls and plenty of elk on the way to World's End trail. Belihuloya is another must. Ratnapura district has the best waterfalls. Fishing huts in Muskeliya is another awesome place with cabins in the wilderness with walking distance to real Adams peak although booking the place through Moray estate is a bit of a hassle.
In Ambuluwawa my friend lost grip of the tuktuk when pushing it backwards and it flew down the hill; if it wasn't for a tree which it crashed into, it would of gone off the edge of the cliff 🙈. It was also puya day, so it was packed there. Same friend also toppled the tuktuk on 18 bend road 🤣

Sorry for the late reply - you can park next to a shop and ask the owner to keep an eye on your tuktuk. Just make sure you purchase something from them. We also parked in some hostals and hotels and had lunch at their place in exchange for a safe place to park. Unless you are totally off the grid, you will always find someone to help keep an eye on your tuktuk.

Sri lanka is blessed with natural beauty. Most of the people are kind & honest. Unfortunately, politicians are corrupted & cunning. That's why country is facing severe economic crisis. Please visit Sri Lanka & help to overcome difficulties..
If more tourists start doing this we are going to see some fatalities. Driving a tuk tuk in Srilanka is dangerous. Driving one on a hilly road for 136 km with a thousand bends where the climate can change in an instant and the next thing you know is you can't see 3m in front of you is absolute insanity.
that's why we stopped on the side of the road ;) - and we always drove carefully. Driving a tuktuk in Sri Lanka is one of the best things we've ever done! But to each their own ✌🏼
