This video explains how to inspect, check and buy royal enfield classic 350 , bullet 350 and thunderbird 350 in tamil. Also we give info on choosing a Cast iron (CI), Avl (Aluminium) and uce (unit construction engine).
Royal Enfield Classic 350 is a cruiser bike available at a starting price of Rs. 1,95,555 in India. It is available in 7 variants and 13 colours with top variant price starting from Rs. 2,24,018. The Classic 350 is powered by 346cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 19.1 bhp and a torque of 28 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Royal Enfield Classic 350 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Classic 350 bike weighs 195 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 13.5 liters.
Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is a cruiser bike available at a starting price of Rs. 1,54,044 in India. It is available in 3 variants and 6 colours with top variant price starting from Rs. 1,77,054. The Bullet 350 is powered by 346cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 19.1 bhp and a torque of 28 Nm. With front disc and rear drum brakes, Royal Enfield Bullet 350 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Bullet 350 bike weighs 191 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 13.5 liters.
The Bullet 350 is Royal Enfield’s oldest and entry-level offering that is available in three different variants. The standard model features the original old-school Royal Enfield badging with kick starter. Meanwhile, the X models are available with kick starter and electric starter both along with other cosmetic changes over the standard variant which make them look slightly more modern

I feel sad to what i did. i just sold my classic 350 2017 model to buy dominar, after a while using this bajaj make me feel sad and i just sold it too. now looking for bullet. i have search for more than 19 bullet but didnt make me feel good with engine. one day i will find my ride i think.

Scrap policy to be implemented from April 2022, we need to do FC before that. May be you can check once.
Yes actually when we made this video the scrap rule was to be implemented from April this year and also rto people adviced me about the same but the actual actuation of scrap rule to be implemented that is scrap stations will be setup by this year and the implementation will be from April 2022... Many local rto's have started the process and are charging more than the regular fc fee from now on... Green tax to get costlier from now on... As i have told in the video that lets see how it goes and maybe the rules can get some relaxations for 2 wheelers but nothin is for sure while one thing is evidently clear that scrap rule is on and its getting difficult and costlier to maintain an old vehicle from now on and since the actuation is from next year we know what to do😊👍

Like how cast iron engines had... A tad lesser than ci crank but still heavier than other uce 350s...checked it personally weighing it... Its actually visible... Uce stds crank is thicker than 350cc classics/electras and tbs... 👏👍😊

One small correction brother.. After 20 yrs if bike passes FC, no need to scrap can continue using it.. no mandatory scrap after 20 yrs like mentioned in the video !!!
Hope what u said is true... As i have been adviced by rto officials about what i have told regarding the same in the video... If at all those relaxations happen it will be such a happy news to comrades who maintain and ride vintage motorcycles.. But the implementation of scrap rule is from april 2022, hope the government changes the scrap rule so that people can ride vehicles older than 20yrs old if its maintained well and doesnt pollute much👍considering the pollution norms we have to be ready for anything that comes 😊

Bro my royal Enfield classic 350 hard to put neutral what is the reason and give one solution bro
Usage of semi synthetic or full synthetic oil can cause this... Also check for clutch cable adjustment and finally the crank case oil(500ml)in uce has to be checked if noy drained during oil change that can cause this too... 3 drain bolts irkum uce le adhu le 3 bolts um remove pananum during oil change.. If not crank oil will not be drained and this causes excessive filling and pressure and will cause this issue👍

Bro I own a classic 350 2012 model, pickup problem irukura maari iruku. Service panen ipodha. Oil , chain sproket were changed . Pickup mattum apdiyae iruku. silencer short bottle punjab silencer iruku. Edhunaala pickup kammiya irukum. I observed there were no tappered noise.

First check brakes if they r too tight... Check it with mainstand on and rotate wheels with hand to check freeness of wheel rotation if tight then brake adjustment required. Second is carburetor tuning if its too lean if required tune to default setting... 3rd is to check if airfilter is clean if not replace ... 4th is to check clutch setting and clutch plates if worn will have no pickup... Finally to check tps setting if its syncs perfectly with the carb throttlebody... Remove tps socket and ride n see if the problem persists.... All these to be considered to rule out the situation... Cheers👍😊
Also punjab silencers are free flow... No baffles or any glasswool inside to create required backpressure for the engine.. Unless u install free flow air filter and rejet the carb the performance will be awkward👍
@@PrashanthRamAV I wanna know about carb tuning bro. Can we do it at home? My actual prob is in 3 gear if give throttle, the engine bottlenecks. I can't able to explain in chat what is the problem.
Its a procedure... Tuning... When engine is warm let it idle and increase the idle and then slowly counting the turns(2half turns is one turn 360 degree close it all the way and increase idle screw to keep engine runnin... Then frm dead stop position start turnin the screw anti clockwise will open the air screw and take it to 6 half turns or 3 full turns(both r same)... Default is tht position ul see increase in idle gradually and when nearing 3 turns idle speed increases more.. So thts the position the carb setting has to be... And then decrease idling speed to normal idle rpm tht is u must do it all with the sound of the engine... As u have a free flow exhaust as of now I would suggest u to change it to stock or get a double core indore shortbottle exhaust for optimum performance and better life of engine.. 👍😊

Yes doable... It can be done... All we need is bigger battery, self motor, sprag clutch(one way clutch set), and some wiring job to get it done.. Approx cost 15k

Government has putup the scrap policy... You can go ahead and read about it in thr official page or ask you nearby rto fr details... I got details from nearby rto... But now they have relaxed the situation. People can pay greentax(now with higher fee) and keep thr old vehicles running. And for more details one can go to nearby rto and get info. 👍
Also about the 2t oil in tank... It should be mixed with petrol only in 2 stroke bikes and never to be added on a 4 stroke... Maybe sometimes in an old engine while goin on a longer trips where oil circulation is very important for the head and cams and valves one can add like very small quantity say 50ml for 10 litres. Otherwise 2t oil should never be added on a 4 stroke.. Some do it without knowing thats why i had used the word foolish... Sorry for that... And thanks for the comment👍cheers😊
