Tomorrow sanctions or war shouldn't interrupt fighter jets operations.
abhi rafel m hi lene chahiye IAC 2 ke liye bhi and mig 29 ke replecment ke liye bhi also the airforce should choose rafel for mmrca so it can be manufactured in India. 4th gen fighters will be too old in 2035 and that is if the program doen't face any susecquent delays (which we all know it will). Instead we should focus on AMCA and probably its naval variant or a fresh 5+ gen fighter for navy.
Your comment that indian navy is acquiring rafale requires clarification. Other channels have mentioned that rafale is booked for next 5 years.
It appears to me that DRDO and our forces are working hand in hand to develop the necessary equipment and requirements. For, these they have to produce various alternatives before they can fine-tune the best. In this process they will have to develop multiple options and accept the best then keep the rest for further experiments. We can always expect some losses before we can get the Cream of it.
For awacs we can go the crowsnest way with our dhruv helicopters for now and with imrh in future which can be done with the help of american or Israeli companies. For larger awacs in indian overseas we can use land based awacs and problems will only come when we move towards other areas.
Compare AL51 F1 engine with Western engines. Su 57 with AL51F1 complete Fifth generation or not
No don't cancel. Just keep delaying it for the next 40 years.
To maximize the outcomes of TEDBF IAF should have gone for ORCA and fast track the induction of both TEDBF and ORCA.
Paisa hai nai😅😅..free ka maal lene mai desh ki janta jada interested hai.., defence se India ki public ko koi matlab nahi😐😐
If it was Turkey they would have made a prototype by now...Why make delays on things which is under your control
Difference is Turkey actually faces security risks so they have to develop these things to keep themselves safe. Indian politicians have made unnecessary enemies for domestic political gain and they know that no war will happen so they siphoning away the funds while fooling the Indian public. When things actually become heated Modi will simply go to China and make peace.
TEDBF should have looked different in the very first place, doesn't look like an indigenous design, as nothing is happening yet, scrapping it makes the most sense.
A very sad thing but it is what it is.
This is great news . . . . . for IMPORT LOBBY.
Why does the Indian Navy not order 26 LCA Tejas N?

It can be 4.5++ gen aircraft .i wish government release its funds soon
With the base of Tedbf ORCA should be develop with KAVERI engine.
why are we waiting for government orgs to develop new tech instead new defence companies in collaboration with foreign defence can develop, and forces can buy from them
One vetren makes a video on delay in tedbf all youtube channels follow the suit , focus should be more on tejas mk2 , amca there are more important things pending like mta , aircraft refuellers, arjun tanks delayed for indefinite time but no one bothers, wars cannot be won only by fighter aircrafts other things matters too ada should focus only lca mk 2 and amca now , tedbf will come after these.
Too many projects with no funds and no skills.
My guess govt would be thinking of mrfa Rafael indian plus Rafael marine made in india. As back up plan
instead of Tejas mark 2 airforce and navy should joined hands and work on tedbf it get boost for both of their capabilities but I think this bus is already gone
Hame single engine fighter aircraft bnane me itni mushkile aa rahi hai dual engine tdbf kab tak banenge aur kaise
Indian bureaucrats do not see any kickbacks from HAL so NO funds for them.
Sir par AMCA bhi naval use ho sakta hai na
Someone said Tedbr/orca should replace MRFA, and that makes sense.
How different Tedbf/ORCA would be from AMCA mk1 capability vise???
Yes it’s best to scrap this project and best to buy the technology for the need from a tried and tested company
We are best examples of delays in projects.
If India just focus on one fighter project at a time maybe they were able to create something great by now. I think so many project hamper everything.
Don't come up with china , usa example. They have knowledge, money , production caoabilities.

Bhai lca navy can be a technology demonstrater for tedbf. After its demo success govt will fund tedbf.its only my view
Par rafale cost effective to bilkul bhi nahi ulta modification karwane Mai Jada paise lagte hai ek radar upgrade hi itna mehnga pad rha hai to weapon integration baki sab bhi bhot mehnga hi padega
make a vedio on AGM-158
TEDBF should be developed for navy and air force.
India or Chinese ka koi comparison nhi hai wo har chiz me india se aage hai india ka comparison Bangladesh or Pakistan se kr skte ho😊
HAL makes profit but it never wants to invest its own money in new products
only after scrapping TEDBF can we get AMCA mk1 by 2035
Why is nobody focussing on naval amca type version??
Scraping TEDBF project is very bad idea 💡 !
A naval version of AMCA will do the job, why waste money on 4.5 generation jet when you can use that money on a 5th gen fighter. 🇮🇳 Jai Hind

VTOL technology should not be ignored. Jugaad AWACS bana sakta hai? Tedbf appears to be deceased.
India must develop...airborne anti stealth radars....not TEDBF
Navy can also see future in AMCA Navy version
Scrap TEDBF, buy 56-60 Rafales for IAC 1 and 2. Make naval version of AMCA by 2040
It's 2024 and we have already started scraping projects 😂😂😂 Gov wants to make in India but they have no idea how to do it. Pathetic bureaucracy and lack of planning is to blame. We need private sector engagement only then our indigenous defense industry will take off.
The ir Force and Navy should come to hand in hand to develop TEDBF as well as ORCA. We can't be dependent on Rafale for a long time. After all France is a NATO country and it will ultimately follow the US. We must be truly Aatmanirbhar. Why isn't there any clear vision?
@@abhinandanmukherjee8256 what do you think TEDBF is for? The whole program is to make Indian Navy be independent of foreign suppliers for jets
@@Silent_Shishya But without Air Force's participation we won't be able to achieve mass scale of production to make the program sustainable and profitable.
@@abhinandanmukherjee8256 complete different requirements for the forces. Airforce will care less about rusting than the Navy. Airforce has 1-2km long runways to land on, its hardly 250m for Navy which creates a lot of problem for the materials used. Airforce pilots may be able to land on highways if engines fail, Navy pilots will die if their engines fail over sea. There is a much higher reliability requirements on the engine and the software between the two forces. DRDO/HAL will have to do separate R&D for both even if both of them agree for ORCA. That is as good as AMCA and TEDBF
