this is the right way to experience giant spiders. through a computer screen, with the spiders safely on the other side of the globe. Pink toes, purple booty's quite a beauty though.
especially if you have borderline arachnaphobia. I am ok to see and admire them, but with some distant between each other xD

I'm actually super scared of spiders and snakes and everything that has more than 4 legs but i still kinda enjoy these videos. luckily i never had to "fight' a bigger black spider only the very small ones or the ones with the long thin legs so I'm ok in most cases
@@Angelika5378 the one with thin legs eat the bigger spiders. so make them comfortable around your home :)

I understand what you are saying, since I have become far more comfortable with watching the videos (in the beginning it would make me cringe). But I still get the feeling that the moment I saw anything like this in real life, close to me without a protective glass separating us, I would panic anyway haha

I've always had a huge fear of spiders ever since I was young. Now, I'm not saying I'm going to go out and hug a tarantula, but your channel as really brought new light to these arachnids that is actually quite beautiful and interesting (as well as comedic). Keep doing you dude! Love the videos!

U put small amount of heat glue on the bottom to hold cups in place. It usually sticks to the cup, so easy removal (put the glue on the cup first, then stick it to the rock etc).

Get a Green Bottle Blue. Closest thing you can get to a colorful species and also a good beginner species.

chloe williams get a indian ornamental instead(plz dont they have no hairs)(meaning its teh most dangerous T in the world it causes muscle cramps paralizes you for a day blindness for a few minutes)

chloe williams and once you get familiar with tarantula keeping i recomend getting a blue fang tarantula they are a bit more aggresive. But beautiful with the blue. Fangs they have and chilean rose tarantulas are also a good species to have but they have alot of hairs(meaning they are far more docile) and chilean rose tarantulas have a pink&rose head

I have a question. Why do tarantulas get stressed in large enclosures? The outdoors are not small at all...
Although Spiders aren't like domestic animals, I used to talk calmly to my Tarantulas when I had to change substrate or rehouse them. Oftentimes it worked. Try that, but don't exhale directly upon them, especially if they are aggressive and skittish. It might work. Or just play some soft music 🎶, like the old adage, music soothes the savage beast! Slow movements too.

Not too sure. I might sell off that enclosure since I’m slowly switching my Ts to glass and acrylic enclosures. As for where he got the enclosures, the person who sells them doesn’t ship internationally, I’m afraid.
Exotics Lair just need to know the name, so I can search for a company that does ship :)
Is it just me or all female Ts unusually feisty? I kinda giggled a bit when you were talking about the straw touching the one's butt.
Yup! I think females are more feisty. I remember someone telling me the same too.
This is not a negative comment by any means but I have a question, the new enclosure you put your female T in, the bigger enclosure. I know T's can climb walls but I find the water dish too high, how will it drink? The ledge is very small too, I imagine they can reach it or your friends T's would of died so I'm curious how they reach their water?

It is preferred to handle tarantulas on low ground so they don't get hurt if they fall.... Also these spiders are quick yes but they only bolt for a second then slow down. Very docile.

OK this is gonna sound crazy but im like SUPER scared of spiders especially tarantulas but after becoming addicted to watching your channel I actually think tarantulas are cute. Especially the pink toe one in this video. (Its my new favorite) The huntsman still creeps me out but whatever.

I was going to ask that too. I think it has more to do with the T being a mature Male if they have them. He doesnt believe in cutting off anything from any of his pets so I dont think it's that.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking too, but he doesn’t have hooks. I had a MM tarapoto before this and his hooks were very prominent
