And here I just bought the Cannon XSR and pick up on Wednesday...excited to see the new Alpha range. Thanks for your videos mate! Helped us make a final decision on purchasing the Cannon over the LDV or Musso.

Not sure why dealers spin the headrests around, maybe it's to keep them clean? You can change the "Virtual Dash" to three different settings, I have mine set on the speed and tacho display mode, just like the "L". I accidentely ignored the manual dpf burn once and started driving, it went into limp mode so I just stop the car and restarted and drove normally and it then did an auto burn. The voice assistant needs to hear the correct terminology like "Open" all window, or "Close" all windows, it's a bit "precious", but it is good for changing the air con temp and fan speed. The one thing I don't like is having to stop to go into and out of Low Range, I find that a bit annoying, not just for me but for the guy behind me when you come off the track down to the hard stuff on the beach. Looking forward to seeing the Alpha, not sure I could fit it in my garage, I have enough trouble getting the X in there. Still waiting for the 50K review, No Pressure🤣
Haha nah I spun the headrest around because I don't like how it pushes your head forward. It's annoying as.
Yeah mine definitely doesn't restart when it wants a manual burn. Just stays in limp mode until I do it.

I swapped cars with my wife and she is doing the school runs which means lots of start/stops despite the whole school run taking over an hour. She is manual burning every 4 weeks now. Before that I used to get at least 15k km due to longer stints between engine off.
Yeahs that's it mate! It's hard that they've made a vehicle that can't do short driving. Bloody emissions haha
But I guess it's better then needing to take to a dealer to run a manual burn like some others brands.

I've given up on the auto burns, it never does it at the right time and sick of limp mode coming on. I just do a manual burn once a week and its fine

Just have to change the dash man, the other settings are much better :D Also the X has the retractable steering and heated front seats.
Would be interested to see the digital dash made to look a bit more traditional if it can be done. I bought a second hand X with the digital panel but would prefer the more standard RMP/speedo.
Why was your cannon L getting repaired under warranty? Anything major? Planning on getting a cannon soon thabks to your videos ❤
Just a issue with fuel pump in the fuel tank. It's all fixed now :)

The voice command needs a simpler description like open all windows , turn on aircon , fan to number 5 if you say too much it gets a bit lost

Is the X only a 2k extra? Don't see much difference except the wireless charger and the gear shifter. Is the engine and everything the same?

Yeah you can but it starts a auto burn as the wife pulls up to school run and she just turns the car off.
It's fair enough I don't expect her to go driving around for 20 minutes. I wouldn't expect anyone to do that. Bloody random.. but yeah just gotta do manual burns
is dpf for diesel engines only or for petrol engines also?

You are right. X has real leather.
The brochure says they have "Faux Leather Accented Seats", not sure if this means they are mostly leather with fake leather bits?
