Hi Herbert, I have a 2008 sprinter and the left side sliding door opens fine but won't stay open. The latch doesn't seem to work. What do I need to do to get the door latch working pls?.
Hi Phil , it sounds like the problem I had with my door , assuming it is the same problem it is the cable track , got mine off eBay , if you remove the step ( better view ) there is normally a retaining clip at the bottom of the door/step that keeps the door in the open position , either the spring/clip or cable is broken , I will have another look at mine tomorrow
