Gibson ES 125 ´52 and Fender Vibro Champ ´65 - Misty
Вставка

- Here’s a short clip of the classic jazzstandard ”Misty” by Erroll Garner played on my vintage Gibson ES-125 guitar to my Fender Vibro Champ amp. Played straight to amp using a Spectraflex cable. Heard as is, just a little bit of reverb added in Logic and a limiter to get the levels right for UA-cam.
Recorded with a SM57 and a Audio-Technica AT4081 to Neve 4081 preamps. SM57 mixed to the right channel and AT4081 to the left channel.
Hope you enjoy it! Please subscribe to my channel for more jazz guitar related videos.

Phenomenal playing brother👍
@@vivelesurf Thank you Daniel! 🙏😊
Nice. Beautiful guitar. What are you using as a leg guitar stand? Thanks.
@@herroglop7411 Thank you! It’s a NeckUp guitar support made of leather. Very easy to travel with and works really well. You can check it out at www.neckup.com Got mine from a dealer in Germany
Lovely playing. Looking for a good match for my 53 es-150. Looking for a little cleaner sound- what sort of settings on guitar and amp? Ty 👊
@@golds04 Thanks! Guitar volume on 10, tone on 8. Amps volume 7, treble 8 and bass 5. Tube amps in the 10-15W range would be cleaner. The 53 es150 is nice for sure!
Sweet tone. Are they flat wound strings and what is the gauge?
@@graemehill5998 Thanks! Those are actually roundwounds. John Pearse jazz light set 11-50 with wound G-string.
where did you get that ergoplay support thing?
Very curious about it as well
