Thanks Cheryl. I only have a 1993 price list for the Integrale and it shows £25,000. Certainly looks like a big increase of £9k in 6 years from the 8v. Worth every penny. :-)
I learned to drive on the Prisma, that is the Delta with the tail, no power steering, very hard set-up compared to today's cars, if you passed over a pebble you could feel it on the steering wheel.
Loving this video Christian - I owned 3 of these (one after another), had to sell the last one due to commuting vs running costs didn’t work (as it was my daily driver). Speaking of BOTB, is there any way of suggesting cars or, more specifically, pairs of cars for 'In The Headlights'? Due to reviews of the Ranger Raptor recently, I have a Ford Ranger Raptor and Hyundai i30 N pairing in mind. Because of how different the vehicles are I can't decide between them, but have uses for both. :)
Always wanted one of these and then found one in Martini colours but couldn't afford the insurance in the early 90's as a 21 years old :( Ended up with a an Alfa 33 Cloverleaf instead where the insurance was only marginally better but still horrendous. Now the Alfas have all rusted to death and the Lancia is as expensive as hell.
Would have been a great buy Nick yeah! Shame about insurance, you could have just kept it in a shed and driven it when the price came down but these cars are there to be driven! -Christian
Peter Jennings errrr ... yeah 16 years ago, the ship sailed long ago. This video was posted in 2019 with its tag line. Like I said, they are now going down.
In The Headlights the sold prices for 2019 tells the SAME story, they are going down in value like most things. Your text said the car that makes money. Was true around 5 years ago but then was true for almost any decent drivers car from the 80’s/90’s 🙄 If you’d posted this when they were 10k it might have been clever, not to mention correct.
Steering wheel is indeed Evo2 standard, but yes gear stick is not, looks a bit like the martini 6 short shift kit but without the M6 black spherical knob.
