Just in case anyone wants to know. The 5 episode 1st season finale had J.R. and Pam arguing at Southfork in a haymow and Pam, who had revealed in a previous episode that she was pregnant, tripped and fell out of the haymow during the argument and lost the baby. Which further fanned the flames of the J.R./Bobby as well as the Ewing and Barnes feud as well.
I think the Pam crashes into the tanker was the biggest surprise of all. I don't think the general public had any idea Victoria Principal was leaving Dallas. It was a shocker...
Fantasztikus idők voltak:-)) A legjobban Patrick Duffy visszatérése és Victoria Principal kilépése tetszett!! Mellesleg az volt a két legjobb Dallas évad!
The best Dallas years were when Jim Davis was alive. Jock Ewing was necessary as a plot device to allow more or less constant feuding between J.R. and Bobby without any final resolution. The period between Jocks death and Pam and Bobby breaking up was next best. The dream season and then the last couple were the worst.
I'm writing that i was reading online that Warner Bros. studios is planning to make all 356 episodes from all 14 seasons of DALLAS, upgraded in a brand new remastered picture quality, available to stream on the streaming service MAX in 2024.
I remember watching Blast from the Past, it was crazy. First Jamie and Sue Ellen get blown up and then Bobby in the shower was the biggest WTF??? moment in TV history
I loved "Dallas" but found it very hard to watch after "Jock" died in Season 4...I only own Seasons 1-4 on DVD...the later seasons included a myriad of unrecognizable faces (Jamie, Jack, JR's wife, Cally, JR's illigetimate son, etc.)except for Bobby's 2nd wife, April Stevens Ewing...I did manage to see every cliffhanger, though
I heard the original cliffhanger (before they turned it all into a dream) was that Jamie got killed (Cliff swore absolute vengeance), Sue-Ellen seriously hurt, Mark Graison died the morning after the wedding (Pam & Cliff found him together) and the ending...Miss Ellie discovered who Ben Stivers really was.
U can see the massive decline as the soap entered the 90s. Most of the main characters had left and were replaced by forgetful characters like Cally and James, the 80s were Dallas Prime!
this was great! it was like re-living the best of dallas. i forgot how the series ended. j.r. was a weak, bully in the end and he deserved every bit of pain he inflicted on himself. i hated pam getting bbq'd. she and sue ellen were my favs.
I all ways wondered if JR felt the bomb go off in the building when he was in the Elevator, I know Sue Ellen (obviously ) was killed in the blast, but was JR far enough from the blast not to be hurt..
this first one where ewing oil blows up with sue ellen inside jrs office was supposed to be killing sue ellen off she had originally been fired but larry hagman saved her job. rip larry you must have been a real good man. by the way when the final episode was done shooting larry hagman took the picture of jock home with him and still had it when he died.
notice the "pause" when Jamie gets blown up. "I'm aline and......BOOM!" They didn't but the "BOOM" in the right place when they put the sound effect in!
My two favorite cliff hanger was JR throwing Ferris @$$ off the Balcony and 1991 when Dallas let everybody in the world JR killed himself. Yeah right!!! No way my Brother would do that👍👍
Beautiful piano music during awaking Pam descripes excellent, that something reliefing and big is about to happen. If there would be Dallas completely soundtrack, this song would definitely be called 'resurrection' :)
But he didn't.Anyway he would have ended as the coward he was in the whole serie.People who suicide are cowards most of the time. But i think he should't die like this.Sometimes he was funny when he was losing or when he was punched by Bobby in the stomach
I like that one when Bobby is in the shower. The soap operas are meant to calm the mind of the human beings. They have a happy end. Strange it was THE ONLY here included all the cliffhangers, am I right ?
My father passed away in 2016 so now when i watched these now i think of him love you dad may you rip
respect to the author! it's a pitty Dallas ended! Just think how Dallas would have been today! The best soap opera ever!

JR, Sue Ellen and her gigolo were obviously in Alexis Colby's building at 3:30. I guess she was thrilled to have them as neighbors
I think the Pam crashes into the tanker was the biggest surprise of all. I don't think the general public had any idea Victoria Principal was leaving Dallas. It was a shocker...
It is the ultimate do not talk on your phone while driving.
My father & i used to watch this a lot i had to buy seasons 1 - 11 on dvd
But still loved the show it went downhill when victoria principal & Linda Gray left the show it wasn't the same anymore
Fantasztikus idők voltak:-))
A legjobban Patrick Duffy visszatérése és Victoria Principal kilépése tetszett!! Mellesleg az volt a két legjobb Dallas évad!
Classic 80's
Great cliffhangers
That cliffhanger was eventually resolved with the reunion show a couple years later.
Angelica Nero was in the Dream Season?

they were the romeo and juliet of dallas. tragic lovers in tragic situations.
Most memorable cliffhangers of all time
I'm writing that i was reading online that Warner Bros. studios is planning to make all 356 episodes from all 14 seasons of DALLAS, upgraded in a brand new remastered picture quality, available to stream on the streaming service MAX in 2024.

Jr wasn't suicidal
I loved "Dallas" but found it very hard to watch after "Jock" died in Season 4...I only own Seasons 1-4 on DVD...the later seasons included a myriad of unrecognizable faces (Jamie, Jack, JR's wife, Cally, JR's illigetimate son, etc.)except for Bobby's 2nd wife, April Stevens Ewing...I did manage to see every cliffhanger, though
Amazing video
I always loved cliffhangers. Falcon Crest had the best though.
I don't remember Fatima Blush in Dallas at all. And her name is Angelica Nero haha
Terrible. Duffy, Hagman, and Gray accepted any and all kinds of shit just for money. At least Principal had the balls to say no way...
I like the 9th season finale: Blast From The Past!!!
U can see the massive decline as the soap entered the 90s. Most of the main characters had left and were replaced by forgetful characters like Cally and James, the 80s were Dallas Prime!

I loved the reboot they did in 2012 it to was good up until the passing of the late great Larry hagman
Blast from the past was the 8th season finale, that is if you're not counting the first 5 episodes of Dallas the 1st season.
Jack sure could fill out those jeans.
The last three cliffhangers were truely awful - not a patch on who shot JR? or Bobby in the shower.
In the final cliffhanger Jr shot the mirror.
You're Right! My Bad! (LOL)
They were great cliffhangers, up until the last three, in my opinion...Dallas was BEST in the 80's...the last couple of years were horrid.
Yes you´re right. And do you think it was
the only one of these which remained the watchers in confusion ? I don´t like that
kind of cliffhangers.
I all ways wondered if JR felt the bomb go off in the building when he was in the Elevator, I know Sue Ellen (obviously ) was killed in the blast, but was JR far enough from the blast not to be hurt..

It was never the same for him when Linda Gray left the show but he was happy to see her again in the t.v. movies & the reboot
Why did Linda Gray leave Dallas? I can’t believe she would leave John Ross. 😢
Correct.
6:20 Ain't payback a bitch, JR?
May he rip
how about the finale? totally unbecoming of Dallas.
Jason Sapp Seem more like something you would see on the updated version of "The Twilight Zone" (1985-89).
Jr:Jack what the hell is going on
I'm not even sure that would have worked. The man was just too evil to die. Or so we thought.
Worst/best cliff hangers ever
It was after J.R. throws Nichilas Pierce off the roof!
Of course my father was in love with sue ellen ewing
The character played by the guy who played Cody on SBS having JR committed haha. Joke
Btw please get the pun there.
The last cliffhangers we're not great at all terrible
My two favorite cliff hanger was JR throwing Ferris @$$ off the Balcony and 1991 when Dallas let everybody in the world JR killed himself. Yeah right!!! No way my Brother would do that👍👍

when bobby came back from the dead in season 9 dallas went straight down the toilet. It was no longer even a show.
Season 10 is great!
But he didn't.Anyway he would have ended as the coward he was in the whole serie.People who suicide are cowards most of the time.
But i think he should't die like this.Sometimes he was funny when he was losing or when he was punched by Bobby in the stomach

The so called "series finale" sucked!
