That man is over emotional and shouldn’t have given that child a phone, and should’ve used his own phone to text, get it together that is just embarrassing. At first I was with him but it fell apart so quick once I saw the search history.
Dude why was he sending inappropriate messages to his girl on his child’s phone? The child could see the texts if using the phone, that’s bad parenting any mother of a small child would be outraged and step in, especially if the mother doesn’t agree to giving a child a phone and the dad goes behind her back and does it anyway
I think she adresses plenty, you just didn’t like what you heard bc you probably think it’s normal for men to send inappropriate messages on the CHILDS PHONE and for the child to look up “sex” and “kissing pretty girls”
The real waste is the part where they show the negative consequences of the father sending inappropriate messages to his son and his 10 year old son starts looking up inappropriate things online, this man came up over emotional and you didn’t like the details of the case that showed he was in the wrong bc he couldn’t just do all that from his own phone. Now he’s ruined the brain of his own 10 year old child, but you want the judge to punish the mother for being concerned about things that are legitimately concerning all bc he started whining
How would a loving concerned mother ignore him sending inappropriate messages to his gf on the CHILDS PHONE? Sure she looked up the phone but she looked up the messages on CHILDS PHONE, the one the child has access to? Not the actual man’s phone? The mother should be able to see what her young child is being exposed to especially when the child is starting to look up “sex” and “how to kiss pretty girls” because of it? Also it’s extremely normal for parents to monitor a child’s phone to make sure they aren’t doing anything wrong on it?
@@Emilia-yb5rwFirsof all, it isn't just the child's phone, it's a phone thst they both share. There's a difference. I don't think he was right in sharing his phone with his son behind her back. Judges almost have to be a psychologist as well as a judge.

Why does a 10 year old have a phone
This case shows how incompetent this judge is. Got sidetracked immediately and didn’t address anything. Waste.

You can be a loving, concerned mother and still be a control freak toward your ex. Those terms are not mutually exclusive.
