I'm ashamed to say that I saw a quilling project for the first time in the mid-80s, and finally bought the tools and papers--but I've never used them! At the time, I couldn't find any of the tools or papers locally. I love this project, it's so beautiful and inspiring!

I'm still watching the video, but I just had to comment before the video is finished. These are just so adorable, and it's hard to pick a favorite. I can see any of these at a Valentine's Day celebration but I can also see them at tables at a wedding reception for the guests tables, especially the burlap one since a lot of wedding receptions today are at places other than churches, or a bridal shower. There are so many choices they can be used at. That will be wonderful, giving us ideas/suggestions to keep in our craft supplies. Thanks for all the hard work that you do.

Your not alone with nozzle issues, and loosing the cap. I just got the Glue Press from My Sweet Petunia,it is amazing, it comes with glue by Tonic, it’s one of the best inventions ever. Your tip will never dry out with the cap off. Check it out. These hearts are in my wheel house, I love wood, and Scrape book paper. I’m a-card maker/ wood hobbiest. I do like challenges so picking up new ways to expand currant crafts or learning new and interesting ones I am always open to! I just love giving them as gifts or even decorating my home with them! The textured scrapbook paper I got in person at the store ( Hobby Lobby). From previous experience, I think the online choices are very limited on Hobby Lobby site. For scrapbook paper I find it better to see in person and judge the texture, thickness, color, etc. I find Michael’s selection of scrapbook paper to be very minimal and less than impressive. Do you have a Joann’s near you? They do not have that particular textured paper but possibly they may have something somewhat similar? ( Joann has considerably better selection than Michael’s.) I am afraid that getting that exact scrapbook paper would require an in person visit to a Hobby Lobby. I am going to go in line this evening to see if it is possible to get that paper on the Hobby Lobby online store. If I am able to find it, I will message you! Also, I am definitely going to show more quilling! So pleased you are interested!! I hope you love it like I do! ( Planning to do an Easter egg with quilling soon!)
