Bring Lenore and Hector back in the spin off! Carmilla coming back would be interesting too. S3 was so good, but S4 was a complete fiasco. Carmilla and sisters deserved a better story than that S4 disaster. Lenore's ending was especially very depressive. The writer was super biased and ruined Styria story out of spite.
@Stirbern: Not buying this argument. They returned Drac and Lisa and their role wasn't declared as "lost". Same here. Besides, Carmilla comes back even in the games and Lenore has a lot of work to establish peace between vampires and humans still. So literally no role is lost.
@Stirbern: They could, it's something I hoped to see in S4 - Alucard working with Lenore for example since they both wanted that peace. But S4 completely wasted that opportunity. Alucard didn't even interact with any non hostile vampires. I doubt they'll have a character as interesting as Lenore in the spin off, unless they bring her back.
@Stirbern: That world needs diplomacy to prevail, not "conquest and kill everything you see" ideas. It would have been great to finish S4 that way, since S1 started with Lisa expressing such idea, that vampires and humans should work together instead of hating each other. But S4 failed that, and many other good ideas too.
@Stirbern: It's not Lenore's fault as a character - it was writer's dumb and worst decision in S4. Lenore as a character wanted such peace, she expressed that multiple times. It's a major part of why S4 ending was so messed up and extremely disappointing. And the writer there didn't care about the games much, so I don't think the reason was that "games don't have that". And Isaac actually would have supported such peace. So a proper ending is Isaac offering Lenore a job as his diplomat, not keeping her prisoner leading to her suicide. It was the dumbest writing decision ever.
