Sonny Fontana was an American magician and inventor of magic tricks.
Sonny Fontana, who comes from Venezuela, took part in the FISM World Congress 1997 in Dresden with a performance in the field of General Magic and won a 3rd prize in this category. In his performance, he showed a hand shadow game combined with a kind of slide show. His teacher was Mac Rubens, who in turn had learned the shadow play from David Bamberg, who later became Fu Manchu.
