I love that RIGID auto kit and the long crevice works great on my home clothes dryer lint trap (makes the wife happier). Those long tubes seem just right for the small cracks under and around the seats or in the rear window.
@@markkempton4579 Home Depot sells the RIGID adapter kit that should convert your 2-1/2 inlet of your vacuum to the 1-7/8 hose end which measures as a 2-1/4 OD. The rigid hose kit fits perfectly into my old 16-gal Craftsman shop vac too!
I bought the set of flexible air tips you mentioned here and they are a GAME CHANGER!! It's so much easier to get into tight spaces I stuggled with previously with the Ridgid attachemnts.
Josh! Today I went to my advanced auto parts store to get some stuff. I noticed they have an outstanding line of detailing products that other local stores such as Walmart or harbor freight might not have! Was wondering if there’s an AAP store near you for a possible video!? Thank you!!
Hey Josh. I need a longer hose than what the rigid hose is. I need like 20-30 feet. I saw a flexible pool vacuum hose at both Home Depot and Lowe’s. You have any thoughts on using those for a longer hose.
I bought that Ridgid hose kit and it doesn't fit any Ridgid vacs I've had. I can't find an adapter to fit 2-1/2" Ridgid vacs. Anyone have a solution? Someone said the muffler adapter, but that doesn't seal. It's close, but there's still air getting through, so it won't work when I fire it up. Unrelated, I lost my original Ridgid host over the winter, so now I'M hosed. :D
Ills tick to Milwaukee or The Dewalt shop vacs. Project farm done a test with shop vacs and the Dewalt 14 gallon shit all over the ridgid when it comes to suction!
I used that Milwaukee crevice tool almost daily for cleaning cars with my business and I must say, the design of the attachment to the vacuum hose is terrible. I use a milwaukee 1 7/8, 16 foot hose and it has cracked my hose about 2 inches at the attachment part. Those milwaukee air tip attachment designs are rough on the hose. I would skip on a milwaukee air tip accessory if you use it a lot. I ended up buying the rigid crevice tool again. The first one I had split at the bendable rubber portion after about 2 years. Worth my $16.
Deceptive… looking for reviews on beater bar, which is highlighted in thumbnail, but not addressed. Bait and switch, only thumbs down I’ve ever given one of your videos.

How do you connect the Ridgid hose to your Ridgid vac? I can't find an adapter that fits.

Great for around the home also. I purchased 2.
Any idea what would fit the vacs at the carwashes with those huge vacs as your leaving?
Some footage of them in use would have been awesome
