Great photoshoot. I liked seeing the preset photos too. I know it's more expensive, but which camera would you rather have and why, the A7IV or the A9II ? Thanks.
I had to spilt it up in 2 parts. 1 hour during my lunch break and the remainder just now. I love these long videos. Such an inspiration to get out there shoot. Alas it's pouring rain 😭
As he mentions in another video, and I'd have to agree with, it's not that critical. Set your auto ISO min shutter speed and pic an aperture and just shoot. Street shooting isn't about spending time dialing in settings. I do agree that it would be nice to know the focal length.
Exactly my thoughts. I don't have a problem composing a capture in NYC, anywhere you look could be a great capture. I was watching the videos for the specs. Instead, he shares some irrelevant filters I'm never gonna use.
@@Aarzak but how does knowing his specs affect your photography. A lot of his shooting is spur of the moment too, meaning he just gets whatever settings the camera gives. I guess I don't understand the focus on knowing other people's settings. Most of us are just picking an aperture value, having dialed in min ss in auto iso and maybe set a 2nd back button for action shots. Who cares what settings you use. It's not landscape photography
After shooting the same NYC streets over and over, I loved to see your perspective of the city and how you shoot it with a different eye! So refreshing. The A7 IV is def my next big purchase!
@@mrobitwice77 Because it's the person, not the equipment. I suppose a new toy can inspire you for a while, but in the end it's literally the photographer's vision.

In the first minutes of this video you can see how impressed you are. You are looking in all directions to find possible photospots. NYC is so gorgeous. Big streets, tall skyscrapers with so many windows, lights everywhere you look, people running around and dont give a shit what you are doing. Also signs and simple things are more colourful than in Germany.
