I ran 100 king invitations yesterday and got 14 jewels. It depends A LOT on luck, even at a long distance. 0.7-0.8d for 1 An Audience with the King and Prismatic Jewels was sold for 4.5-4.8 divines. That's approximately a loss of 14 divines in two hours. I wouldn't recommend it for unlucky people at all.
Paying 0.7Div per an entrance is a very bad idea, I got 200 for 100-110c per one which is MUCH better. If you would follow my advice in the video (buying for chaoses) you would made at least 2DIV profit at the minimum even with a very bad luck (14 Jewels).
If the drop rate is fixed 20% that means you get 40 in 200 runs on average. If the map remains 110c per, you can expect to profit 56.4 divs per 200 runs on jewels or 11.3 divs an hour if it takes you 5 hours to buy and run. Decent strategy.
It is not fixed, it is average approximation based on community data. But generally you are right - I honestly expect to drop even a little more drops here an there (like expensive mariner corpses).
I decided to try to go for the first time on the boss, bought 1 piece, killed the boss and immediately got The Light of Meaning, further do not want to try my luck, as I have a small amount of currency
I actually did this Strat slightly before it got more expensive because I needed the light of the meaning, did 41 runs, 1 run bugged out. Managed to profit and get the light of meaning that I needed 8 light of meaning 1 mana 1 ES(I needed this) 2 evasion 1 armour 2 chaos dmg 1 phy
A few pointers for people who can lose currency - DONT Buy for Divines or higher than 100-120c per invite. Second - make sure you have a sample run big enough. And sell them identifying. Dont run for the gold rush.
Buying invites are alright when the prices is 100-110 per run and you can afford 100+ runs. I talk about that in the video and even have a warning but it seems many people missed it.
I got 6 jewels in a row my first 6 kills. Then my next 42 kills I only got 7. Still profitable but it was looking like insane profit after my first six lol
I literally talk about it in the video man, it is under speeding up the process timestamp. (still could be longer than running due to 3 loading screens).
this doesn't work anymore. You can't get it for less than 130c, that's 0.84d. Every 5 you get a light of meaning that's 4.5d. So in average you have to spend 4.2d to earn 4.5d. Not worth it anymore
That is not so far from reality, I'm sure that change in price decimated profits heavily - so will need to wait for it to stabilize or hope for the gamba. Cheers!
Costs 0.8div right now. Saw a few for 120c earlier but they instantly sold, so it seems very unlikely that you will be able to get enough maps, or you will need to wait a long time to buy them for 120c if you are patient. Probably not worth it anymore.
A few notes there - Dont ever buy invites for divines, you are overpaying hard, go for chaos cheap. Dont run low sample size - you need at least 100+ to get consistent profit.

where does the 20% come from? is it GGG that confirmed that? i got 2 jewels from 20 runs. Although its not a big sample size, it feels like everyone i know who tried this strategy has not gotten 20% drop rate and lost money.
GGG is never confirmed any drop rates, ~20% is theorycrafted by the community based on the test various Content Creators Did including me. Well, I did 200 runs live on stream and got 46 jewels, you can easily confirm it in my Vods - but I warn everybody that you need a big sample size (100+ ) and low entrance price or you will lose currency doing it - please be careful. I'd say don't start it unless you can afford at least 100 invitations to offset your bad luck at drops. I just run 25 of these, not a single jewel. There goes my fucking investment.
Yeah i farmed all my Invitations myself in Ritual and got the first jewel at my 24. kill and the second one at 29. kill total I did was 32 kills by now.
So far I’ve ran 3 that I farmed from ritual and still haven’t hit Light of meaning, I’m missing 2 more that I have in my ritual altars that I need to collect
Bossing is really not a stable currency farming strategie at this state tbh. The uber fragment are expensive and those cheap ones don't really have valuable drop.

Tried 85 kills, got 12 Jewels... If 20% drop rate is still correct I was super unlucky and made a huge loss... not even taking into account the time that I lost.
If you would use pricing formula from the video (100-110c entrance with 4.5D Jewel) You would make profit with such drops even if it is worse then average. But with current prices running it is just not the best idea. Cheers!
No it's not doubled, 20% increase if any. Maybe because you are buying from Faustus, people there price them x2.5 times more expensive than on poe bulk trade site.
Advice from a new player - Don’t buy invitations. Farm Rituals with some Ritual Atlas and scarabs. There are a bunch of guides on UA-cam. U will have stable income of currency and will farm this invitations. You can sell them or try ur rng with boss. And u won’t lose 50div in 2 hours. P.S. U will farm gold this way too

The price HEAVILY changed after the video so it is MUCH weaker now (see the pinned comment), you also need much bigger sample size (100-200) to sohwcase results.
I talk about this in the video a lot - you need a big sample size to avoid lose streak and losing currency so if you want to do it (I still don't recommend with crazy prices) you will need 50-100 entrances - I'm probably going to retest it on stream soon again.

@@jessikat6692 I suggest you to start investing in block chance passive skills points early on and equip a high block shield, and use Eviscerate(retaliation skill). Add Expert Retaliation Support(for QOL), melee physical dmg gem and either swift affliction or deadly ailments, in total 4L. Basically eviscerate is your clearing skill while lacerate is your bossing skill.
I literally placed multiple warning in the video that you will need a decent sample size to replicate the results, I recommend to run at least 100+ attempts to get a profit since 15 is a VERY small set and there could be a common unlucky roll. I also did all 200 runs on Stream and there are Multiple VODS confirming ~20% Drop rate. Cheers!
Bought 102 invitations for 85D, got 13 jewels and sold them for 5d each for a net profit of -20d. Making this a total of -10d per hour. My favorite strategy by far.
Why you even decided to try it with such prices? I have a warning against that in both video and pinned comment. You got slightly unlucky with the jewels but with 100c price you would be in profit. 85Div per 102 invites is just crazy.
@@ronarray Your warning states 100-120c. I paid 120c per map. My biggest issue was not considering the crazy chance in divine prices over the last 2 weeks. However, when you ran it the average was about 40c profit per map, and current prices it is about 25c profit per map. Which is still a reasonable 11d/ hr. 13/100 is just way more extreme than "slightly" unlucky and is what I was mostly being salty about.
Prices changed heavily, it was 120c when Divine was 170. Right now Divine is 140 so you are 100% right about that. 13 / 100 is not THAT bad, you should expect like ~20/100 so 13 is still in a reasonable margin of erroe, if it would be 3 / 100 it would be surprising. I got about 17 on my second 100 run but prices killed that strat higher than drop rate. Cheers!
He probably bought hundreds of invitations for 100-120c and now he's making bank selling for 160 while you struggle making 5 div/hour because the prices went up for the invitation and down for the unidentified jewel
You can literally see everything that I'm doing at streams, I had like 50 invitations left and not selling a single one. Also 5Div/hour is not that bad and I DO NOT recommend to buy invites for anything higher than 120 - it is a waste.
How you lost 70 Div on it? What is the buying price you went for? At worse scenario with normal approach and your luck (12 in 140 is a very bad luck tbh) you should lose about 30DIv MAX.

Don't do this strat. Absolutely not worth it even at 100 runs. You can go dry for a very very long time. Plus even if you do get after that long time, it just feels bad. It feels like now you are just desparately trying to recover your investment If you really wanna do this, farm the invites in rituals then run them. Ritual gives tons of good synth/fracture bases as well which are worth multiple divines

Worst thing in this strategy is buying invitations. If you want to buy it for around 110 c, it is pretty hard, a lot of people buying it.

@@jessikat6692 I suggest you to start investing in block chance passive skills points early on and equip a high block shield, and use Eviscerate(retaliation skill). Add Expert Retaliation Support(for QOL), melee physical dmg gem and either swift affliction or deadly ailments, in total 4L. Basically eviscerate is your clearing skill while lacerate is your bossing skill.
That not a bad idea tbh, I've been running Eviscerate in 4 link from the start too.

I literally placed multiple warning in the video that you will need a decent sample size to replicate the results, I recommend to run at least 100+ attempts to get a profit since 15 is a VERY small set and there could be a common unlucky roll.
I also did all 200 runs on Stream and there are Multiple VODS confirming ~20% Drop rate. Cheers!
Bought 102 invitations for 85D, got 13 jewels and sold them for 5d each for a net profit of -20d. Making this a total of -10d per hour. My favorite strategy by far.
Why you even decided to try it with such prices? I have a warning against that in both video and pinned comment. You got slightly unlucky with the jewels but with 100c price you would be in profit. 85Div per 102 invites is just crazy.
@@ronarray Your warning states 100-120c. I paid 120c per map. My biggest issue was not considering the crazy chance in divine prices over the last 2 weeks. However, when you ran it the average was about 40c profit per map, and current prices it is about 25c profit per map. Which is still a reasonable 11d/ hr. 13/100 is just way more extreme than "slightly" unlucky and is what I was mostly being salty about.
Prices changed heavily, it was 120c when Divine was 170. Right now Divine is 140 so you are 100% right about that.
13 / 100 is not THAT bad, you should expect like ~20/100 so 13 is still in a reasonable margin of erroe, if it would be 3 / 100 it would be surprising. I got about 17 on my second 100 run but prices killed that strat higher than drop rate. Cheers!

You can literally see everything that I'm doing at streams, I had like 50 invitations left and not selling a single one. Also 5Div/hour is not that bad and I DO NOT recommend to buy invites for anything higher than 120 - it is a waste.

How you lost 70 Div on it? What is the buying price you went for? At worse scenario with normal approach and your luck (12 in 140 is a very bad luck tbh) you should lose about 30DIv MAX.

I heavily advice against it in the video - you need a set of 100+ perfectly for stable profit. Low sample size can lead you to losing money.
Don't do this strat. Absolutely not worth it even at 100 runs. You can go dry for a very very long time. Plus even if you do get after that long time, it just feels bad. It feels like now you are just desparately trying to recover your investment
If you really wanna do this, farm the invites in rituals then run them. Ritual gives tons of good synth/fracture bases as well which are worth multiple divines
After both tests it was alright to me on 100+ runs, I will probably test again soon to confirm - but farming yourself is always better tho, I agree.

Man, you need to read pinned comment and all my warnings in the video as well - you need at least 50-100 sample size for any profitability. You also overpaid for entrances BY FAR which I warn against in both pinned and video. Please dont do this - you will just lose currency.

If buying price is 100-110 you are going to make a decent profit on a big sample size.
