Our warm and welcoming guest rooms feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, DVD players, microwaves, and mini-fridges. Mini-suites offer a full-size decorated Christmas tree and in-room whirlpool tub and gas fireplace; 2-room suites have two full-size decorated Christmas trees, kitchen with full-size appliances, and a sleeper sofa in the sitting room.
Your stay at our Christmas-themed hotel includes a complimentary hot breakfast and visits with Christmas characters including Santa and Mrs. Claus. The “Singing Santa” visits The Inn at Christmas Place throughout the year. Singing Santa has been entertaining the boys and girls who visit The Inn since it opened in 2007. Playing guitar and singing Christmas carols is one of Santa’s favorite ways to reach out to children and adults.
Santa’s Schedule
Santa performs with a live concert on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday evenings at 8:05. Following his performance, you can enjoy milk and cookies!
We also have his concerts and story times available in our guestrooms on channel 10.222!
You may also meet Santa or other fun characters at breakfast.
Glockenspiel??
“Glockenspiel” is German for “play of bells”.
Ours plays Christmas carols and strikes the time hourly from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
Clockwork Magic
A unique and striking installation in our lobby.
European Beech from the Black Forest region of Germany and hand-cast bronze bells from the Verdin Company in Ohio have been crafted into a distinctive carillon and clock.

Indoor Pool

Open 24 hours a day, the indoor pool is a refreshing year-round retreat, and especially fun for the kids in winter months. Water depth from 3 to 5 feet.
Our large indoor hot tub is spacious enough for the whole family to relax and unwind together after a busy day in Pigeon Forge. Water depth 4 feet.
Outdoor Pool
with 95 ft. Figure-8 Waterslide
Open 9:00 am to 12 am midnight (weather permitting) from mid April to late September.
The outdoor pool has large sunbathing decks and a special treat for the kids - a 95 ft. figure-eight water slide!
For safety, children must be 48 inches or taller to use the slide. Water depth from 3 to 6 feet.
Lush Courtyard with Pond
The beautifully landscaped grounds of the hotel are meticulously maintained by our staff, creating a peaceful oasis right on the parkway.
Hidden within our gardens and ponds is a state-of-the-art filtration system that ensures that water from The Inn at Christmas Place property flows into city drains at a lower rate and with greatly improved water quality.
The colorful plants and trees surrounding the water create a wonderfully peaceful environment for our guests’ enjoyment - many a quiet cup of coffee has been shared on one of the benches on the banks of the pond.
