The scriptwriter(s) must have an IQ of at least 130. The story is incomprehensible complex....
it has no beginning. So when you look at to full story, it doesn't mean anything. That's a huge gap in storytelling, although Dark sets the twists in an amazing way... and despite the fact that it is really a complex story, it just leaves us hanging.

Also so what it has no beginning from the way we understand things? That's not a bad thing. That's all intentional and it's excellent. It's a bootstrap paradox. All things caused all other things. The past influenced the future and the future influenced the past. There is no beginning. There is no end. Yet. Season 3 may well turn things on their head.

I used Netflix for the first time because of quarantine at the beginning I used to watched what my friends told me I watched Vikings & breaking bad... Some how I thought that's it I don't find anything better than this shows. Later I was surfing one night I found this treasure first I was fascinated by the name only Dark..... sounds crazy but started watching it because of its tittle & now IAM glad that I watched something truly worth my subscription...

I know its been said many times from other people, but DarK really ruined watching shows for me. Every other show I watched since is plain boring or primitive at best.
I know, right? :) Dark isn't my the most favorite show, but I'm clearly understand that my the most favorite shows aren't even close to this masterpiece. Dark as if spits on all laws of series, about the typical relationships, building of a primitive plot and eternal senseless dialogues or inadequate acts of characters. Dark has chosen its own unique and original path and does not turn from it for a second.
@@Zurik23M This, I mean you dont have to like the show. You may dislike the actors, the cinematography, the music etc.
But you HAVE to appreciate the craftmanship of the writing to this show. Its totaly unique, complex and superb.

Yep. I tried watching Travelers (another netflix show about time travelling) and I can't get into it....nothing compares to Dark.
Try Amazon prime original shows. They're also well thought out. The Boys has a great concept around superheros and executes it well. Hunters feels like a Tarantino movie but made into a show. Theyre amazing but nothing will beat dark.
Try Alice in borderland.. I haven’t watched dark yet but I felt the same way with Alice in borderland :)

Dark is brilliant.
The story is mostly "dark" but in a truly aesthetics way. Once you let yourself "in" on the story, it's a rollercoaster experience.

wow so today I just finished Season 2 of Dark and of course I came back to your video since I remember how powerful and impressing it was to watch before I even knew the show. Now I know the whole story and this video moved me again, much deeper and again I'm really amazed by your work. How you managed to put it all together ... just wow.

Was not expecting this and its fantastic! I started this show right after I finished The OA and oh boy was it a complete and brilliant move on my part. It's so good and twisty and irrevocably connected. Between the two I had such an imiginative and open minded summer. I felt different after watching both shows, a good different. I think its nice when we break through the confines that we are unknowingly caged into. I considered myself an imaginative person (I like to draw and read and write) but these shows expanded/widened my imagination and thoughts. I'm not sure if I'm conveying it properly but I hope someone understands what I mean. Again, amazing work. Honestly very glad I stumbled upon you this summer as well.🙏😄

Wow .... first of all I totally adore Ólarfur Arnalds but I didn't know about this masterpiece of a song .... and second I had no clue the Netflix show Dark is in german. Despite I haven't seen it I couldnt stop watching your video. I was like hypnotized from the very beginning and fascinated by all those wonderful quotes in my mother language. Then the song like stopped and I thought it's over but instead it continued ... in 3:24 - 4:15 I was even more impressed by those quotes and scenes and this powerful message. And then the last quote from 4:15 - 4:23 ... this was the perfect voice-over placement to build up the rest of the video. 4:28 - 5:02 stroke the right chord for me ... this really went deep under my skin. 5:29 - 5:45 was so beautiful and heartbreaking in the same time. And 6:38 - 7:25 was epic. And the ending perfect. I feel all the work and heart you put inside this. And now I don't know how to give this comment a good ending because I said everything I wanted to say. I'm speechless now.
