    Good job kid,I like to see you thinking to not spend big bucks for something so simple to make...I am a welder ,so its real easy for me,but you have the same thing..Good luck

    An easier way is to put a little hole for a carbineer at the end of the pipe after flattening the end, then hang a loading pin with the required weight off that hole, easier and faster to make and set up each time you sit down to do the exercise.

    You have good mind but my solution is more simple if you have dumbbell adjustabel

      I have an adjustable dumbbell like yours, but mine can only hold 30 pounds on one side, which is not as much as I would like to be able to use.

      Thank u for reply and for checking video. Your solution is probably best because you can get feet more together. Also smaller distance between parts make more strain on tib muscle - good. On my instrument the two parallels on the "H" are a bit far from eachother. This makes it more easy to drive with heals if u don't have mind with u. I don't think u should drive with heels on this exercise. On my next HoffTib2000 or adjustment I will be more inspired by your instrument. You do good work making tib raise more affordable

      @@PraveensFitnessFamily ua-cam.com/video/y2Clpq6jWQ4/v-deo.html . It is three pieces of wood screwed together with eight screws. The wood pieces is shaped like an H and with hole drilled to fit the end of the dumbbell. One could drill the hole in an angle but I found it to be just good as it is in my video.
